本实用新型属于冶金球团技术领域，尤其是涉及一种球团辊式筛分机自动清扫装置。
背景技术
辊式筛分机是球团矿生产的筛分装置。造球盘生产出的生球，通过辊式筛分机的筛分，合格的生球进入下一步生产流程，不合格的生球返回造球盘重新造球。由于生球含水量大，在筛分的过程中矿石粉末会粘到辊式筛分机的筛辊上，表面附着了矿石粉末的筛辊直径会变大，各个筛辊之间的缝隙会变小。筛辊缝隙变小之后的辊式筛分机会失去正常的筛分能力，筛分出的生球会比要求尺寸小，而合格尺寸的生球却被当做超尺寸的大球重新流回造球环节。辊式筛分机筛辊的粘料会导致球团产量低，最终生产出的成品球尺寸不合格。现有解决粘料的办法是，人工定期用铲子清理筛辊表面。这种方法浪费人力，劳动强度大，还会造成铲子刮伤筛辊表面的情况。被刮伤的筛辊表面会导致辊面粗糙度变大，加剧粘料情况的发生。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种球团辊式筛分机自动清扫装置，以解决辊式筛分机筛辊的情况，提高球团矿产量，保障正常生产。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型的球团辊式筛分机自动清扫装置，包括辊式筛分机机架4，辊式筛分机筛辊1，其特征在于在辊式筛分机的左侧区域设有一组筛辊清扫机构，在辊式筛分机的右侧区域设有一组筛辊清扫机构，所述的筛辊清扫机构包括与所述辊式筛分机机架4固定连接的液压缸2，与此液压缸2的伸缩端固定连接的刮料板3。
液压缸2做伸缩运动时，带动刮料板3在辊式筛分机筛辊1表面上运动，刮掉粘在辊式筛分机筛辊1表面的矿粉。左侧区域的刮料板3负责清理辊式筛分机的左侧区域，右侧区域的刮料板3负责清理辊式筛分机的右侧区域。所述的刮料板3为聚氨酯材料板，聚氨酯材料板耐磨并且更不容易粘料，对于辊式筛分机筛辊1表面的清理更加彻底，使用寿命更长。
本实用新型的球团辊式筛分机自动清扫装置结构简单，操作方便，延长了设备使用寿命，降低了岗位工人的劳动强度，提高了球团矿质量的同时还提高了产品产量。

1.一种球团辊式筛分机自动清扫装置，包括辊式筛分机机架，辊式筛分机筛辊，其特征在于在辊式筛分机的左侧区域设有一组筛辊清扫机构，在辊式筛分机的右侧区域设有一组筛辊清扫机构，所述的筛辊清扫机构包括与所述辊式筛分机机架固定连接的液压缸，与此液压缸的伸缩端固定连接的刮料板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球团辊式筛分机自动清扫装置，其特征在于所述的刮料板为聚氨酯材料板。
