本实用新型涉及一种用于固定在箱体或门板上的控制面板。
背景技术
现有的固定在箱体或门板上的控制部分，一般包括显示器和急停开关，安装方式是在箱体或门板上加工出安装显示器和急停开关的方孔和圆孔，由于显示器和急停开关是凸出板面的，首先在外观上不美观，其次急停开关和显示器容易被损坏，另外这种安装方式也不是十分方便。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种组合面板，该组合面板具有外型美观、结构紧凑、安装拆卸方便、节省空间和保护急停开关不被损坏的优点。
为了实现上述的目的，本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：
一种组合面板，该组合面板包括面板框架、显示器、急停开关和卡板，所述的面板框架的正面设置有一个三角柱形的安装凹口，安装凹口内设置有方形安装口和圆柱形安装口，所述的显示器安装设置在方形安装口内，并在显示器上设置第一螺钉，显示器通过第一螺钉与面板框架的背部固定连接，所述的急停开关安装设置在圆柱形安装口内；并在面板框架的背部两侧分别设置有所述的支耳，支耳上分别设置一个方形孔，所述的卡板通过设置卡扣安装设置在方形孔中，所述的卡板上设置有螺纹孔，螺纹孔内设置有用于固定到固定板的第二螺钉。
作为优选，所述的卡板为三角柱形，所述的螺纹孔设置在卡板的底部。
本实用新型由于采用了上述的技术方案，使用的时候通过第二螺钉与门板等固定板顶紧，起到联接作用。该组合面板具有外型美观、结构紧凑、安装拆卸方便、节省空间和保护急停开关不被损坏的优点。

如图1、图2所示的一种组合面板，该组合面板包含面板框架1、显示器3、急停开关4和卡板7，所述的面板框架1的正面设置有一个三角柱形的安装凹口2，安装凹口2内设置有方形安装口和圆柱形安装口，所述的显示器3安装设置在方形安装口内，并在显示器3上设置第一螺钉5，显示器3通过第一螺钉5与面板框架1的背部固定连接，所述的急停开关4安装设置在圆柱形安装口内；并在面板框架1的背部两侧分别设置有所述的支耳6，支耳6上分别设置一个方形孔，所述的卡板7通过设置卡扣安装设置在方形孔中，所述的卡板7为三角柱形，卡板7的底部设置有螺纹孔，螺纹孔内设置有用于固定到固定板的第二螺钉8。本实用新型使用的时候通过第二螺钉8与门板等固定板顶紧，起到联接作用。

1.一种组合面板，其特征在于：该组合面板包括面板框架（1）、显示器（3）、急停开关（4）和卡板（7），所述的面板框架（1）的正面设置有一个三角柱形的安装凹口（2），安装凹口（2）内设置有方形安装口和圆柱形安装口，所述的显示器（3）安装设置在方形安装口内，并在显示器（3）上设置第一螺钉（5），显示器（3）通过第一螺钉（5）与面板框架（1）的背部固定连接，所述的急停开关（4）安装设置在圆柱形安装口内口；并在面板框架（1）的背部两侧分别设置有所述的支耳（6），支耳（6）上分别设置一个方形孔，所述的卡板（7）通过设置卡扣安装设置在方形孔中，所述的卡板（7）上设置有螺纹孔，螺纹孔内设置有用于固定到固定板的第二螺钉（8）。
