    本实用新型涉及螺杆技术领域,尤其涉及一种改进的挤出螺杆。 
背景技术
目前,现有技术中挤出机螺杆中一般只具有送料的作用,在进行挤出物料的过程中,由于物料是成不规则的轨迹流到机筒内的,这样时常会出现,物料的流速出现时快时慢的现象,故物料容易产生停滞或物料流速过快,未能彻底塑化的情况,这样会严重影响物料的挤出质量。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的挤出螺杆,其具有能保证物料匀速流动,流动轨迹有规律且顺畅,不会影响物料挤出质量的特点。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用下述技术方案: 
一种改进的挤出螺杆,包括进料段、熔融塑化段以及挤出段,所述进料段、熔融塑化段以及挤出段的螺纹均轴向开设有若干导流孔,进料段、熔融塑化段以及挤出段的螺纹外边均延伸地设有导流延边。
其中,所述导流孔为与导流延边对应开设的倾斜孔,倾斜孔与挤出螺杆的轴线之间夹角为45°。 
采用上述结构后,本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型包括进料段、熔融塑化段以及挤出段,所述进料段、熔融塑化段以及挤出段的螺纹均轴向开设有若干导流孔,进料段、熔融塑化段以及挤出段的螺纹外边均延伸地设有导流延边,本实用新型通过在所述进料段、熔融塑化段以及挤出段的螺纹均轴向开设有若干导流孔,以及在螺纹外边均延伸地设有导流延边,可使物料按照规定的运动轨迹流动,这样能保证物料匀速流动,流动轨迹有规律且顺畅,不会影响物料挤出质量。

如图1所示,一种改进的挤出螺杆,包括进料段1、熔融塑化段2以及挤出段3,所述进料段1、熔融塑化段2以及挤出段3的螺纹均轴向开设有若干导流孔4,进料段1、熔融塑化段2以及挤出段3的螺纹外边均延伸地设有导流延边5,所述导流孔4为与导流延边5对应开设的倾斜孔,倾斜孔与挤出螺杆的轴线之间夹角为45°。通过在所述进料段1、熔融塑化段2以及挤出段3的螺纹均轴向开设有若干导流孔4,以及在螺纹外边均延伸地设有导流延边5,导流延边5可延伸出螺纹外边,以扩大物料的流动空间,本实用新型可使物料按照规定的运动轨迹流动,这样能保证物料匀速流动,流动轨迹有规律且顺畅,可避免物料倒流,不会影响物料挤出质量。
