背景技术
为了使混凝土运输罐车能够正常运转，保证生产施工顺利进行，对混凝土运输罐车的日常维护是一项非常重要的工作。在日常维护中，较重要的一项是对混凝土运输罐车各运转部位的注油工作，特别是对混凝土运输罐车后桥半轴的注油。传统的后桥半轴注油方法有把塑料瓶剪成漏斗状将齿轮油注入的；有用木棒一次一次的沾取然后点入的；有的直接用小的容器往里倒的，这些方法都会使齿轮油外流，造成不必要的浪费。尤其在冬季受到大气环境的影响，砼运输罐车后桥半轴等部件本身温度较低，存在工作效率低等弊端。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、方便实用、制作成本低并且能够提高工作效率的后桥半轴的注油工具。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种后桥半轴的注油工具，包括桶身、导油管和手柄，桶身底部设有导油管，桶身侧壁设有手柄，所述手柄为一端与桶身焊接、另一端悬空的弧形手柄，所述桶身外壁设有顶部开口的隔套，隔套内放置有热铁块，隔套外侧设有保温层。
所述导油管为向出口侧渐细的锥形管。

见图1，是本实用新型一种后桥半轴的注油工具实施例结构示意图，包括桶身1、导油管2和手柄3，桶身1底部设有导油管2，桶身1侧壁设有手柄3，所述手柄3为一端与桶身焊接、另一端悬空的弧形手柄，这种结构的手柄既使戴着厚手套也能握住，桶身1外壁设有顶部开口的隔套4，隔套4内放置有热铁块5，隔套4外侧设有保温层6。导油管2为向出口侧渐细的锥形管。
本实用新型工具的使用方法是：使用前先将环形的热铁块5在炉中或其他热源上预热，然后放入隔套4中，将导油管2的出口端对准砼运输罐车后桥半轴注油孔处，将齿轮油倒入桶身1内，由于热铁块的加热作用，既使在寒冷的冬季齿轮油也能顺利注入，从而提高工作效率。

1.一种后桥半轴的注油工具，包括桶身、导油管和手柄，桶身底部设有导油管，桶身侧壁设有手柄，其特征在于，所述手柄为一端与桶身焊接、另一端悬空的弧形手柄，所述桶身外壁设有顶部开口的隔套，隔套内放置有热铁块，隔套外侧设有保温层。
