同步器换挡不仅具有换挡轻便、避免冲击、消除噪声、延长齿轮寿命等优点,而且还能使换挡迅速,提高汽车的动力性、经济型和安全性,因此,现代汽车,特别是轿车的换挡机构几乎都采用这种装置。锁环式惯性同步器主要由接合套、齿毂、同步锁环等组成,它的特点是依靠摩擦作用实现同步。接合套的内圈设有花键齿,花键齿的两端为倒锥齿,倒锥齿的顶部起到锁止角作用,防止齿轮在同步前进行啮合。由于同步器在换挡完成后,倒锥齿还起到一定的自锁功能,但因现有结构限制,倒锥齿的设计长度有限,在换挡过程中较易发生干涉,因而,申请人在本申请之前设计了在倒锥齿与花键齿之间具有一个直线过渡区,但这种直线过渡区,在换挡过程中,需要用较大的力,存在不轻便现象。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的不足,,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种设计合理,换挡轻便灵活的同步器接合套。
为此,本实用新型是采用如下技术方案来实施的:一种同步器接合套,具有接合套本体,在接合套本体的内圈设有花键齿,所述花键齿的两端为倒锥齿,其特征在于所述花键齿齿体与倒锥齿之间设有圆弧过渡区。
所述圆弧过渡区的直线距离在1.1-1.7mm之间。
上述技术方案中,由于花键齿齿体与倒锥齿之间设置圆弧过渡区,不仅延长了倒锥齿长度,消除了换挡过程中的干涉,并且使得换挡过程更加轻便灵活,换挡过程更加顺畅。
