电工作业在电缆接头制作过程中，剥去电缆外皮是一种很费时费力的作业劳动。靠电工刀剥去电缆外皮主要有以下几个方面的问题：（1）电缆去皮质量缺陷多。由于电工刀剥去电缆外皮、下刀力度和均匀不同，容易伤到电缆的线芯及电缆屏蔽层；（2）操作技能要求高。初级工很难把握好电工刀切入电缆的深度，切入方法不得当很容易伤及手指造成伤害；（3）劳动强度大。操作者为了实现一定的剥皮质量，必须二支手臂绷直电缆、控制呼吸、用力把握刀具角度，精力过分集中而导致疲劳加剧；（4）工作效率低。最熟练的电工一小时只能剥去四十多米，效率较低。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种手工剥电缆外皮时能保证电缆剥皮质量，且可减轻劳动强度、提高工作效率的一种电缆外皮剔除器。

一种电缆外皮剔除器，包括上夹套，所述上夹套连接一下夹套，所述上夹套与所述下夹套上设有半圆形凹槽；所述下夹套上设有刀具夹套，所述刀具夹套上设有刀具。

如图1所示，一种电缆外皮剔除器，包括上夹套1，上夹套1通过连接轴7连接一下夹套2，上夹套1与下夹套2上有半圆形凹槽8，上夹套1和下夹套2的凹槽3内分别安装有支撑滚珠3，下夹套2上连接有刀具夹套5，刀具夹套5上安装有刀具6，顶丝4将刀具6固定在刀具夹套5上。
使用时，先将剥皮刀的到头部位放入刀具夹套5内，并用刀具顶丝4顶紧刀头，再将电缆放入下夹套2中，以转动轴7为支点，旋转上夹套1将电缆扣紧；将刀片适度推入电缆外皮内，一手握住电缆，另一手扶住剥刀具6的刀柄，向身体外侧缓缓用力推出，凹槽内的滚珠，确保电缆能够顺畅得在圆夹套滑动从而保证了电缆去皮质量。观察电缆外皮刀口深度可对刀具深度再次调整，直到达到需求的深度，然后可顺利完成电缆剥皮的工作。
