Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种配电箱安装板。
背景技术
配电柜多用在集中供电中,比如说工业用电和建筑用电等,配电柜属于成套设备,配电柜有高压有低压。然而,现有的配电柜安装板绝缘性能较差,容易露电引发安全事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种绝缘性能好,不会引发安全事故的配电箱安装板。
    为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种配电箱安装板,包括安装底板及与安装底板相对设置的导电体,安装底板与导电体通过固定装置连接在一起,安装底板与固定装置之间设有绝缘垫。
    优选地,所述安装底板与导电体之间设置有容纳空间。
    优选地,所述安装底板与导电体通过固定螺钉连接在一起。
    优选地,安装底板与导电体之间设有用于包覆固定螺钉的尼龙垫柱。
    优选地,所述的绝缘垫采用聚四氟乙烯材料。
优选地,所述聚四氟乙烯绝缘垫设置在安装底板的下方。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在安装底板与固定螺钉之间设置有聚四氟乙烯绝缘垫,避免因装配失误而造成的固定螺钉短接, 不会露电,不会引发安全事故。

    优选地,所述安装底板1与导电体2之间设置有容纳空间10,所述聚四氟乙烯绝缘垫5设置在安装底板1的下方。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在安装底板与固定螺钉之间设置有聚四氟乙烯绝缘垫,避免因装配失误而造成的固定螺钉短接, 不会露电,不会引发安全事故。

3.根据权利要求1所述的配电箱安装板,其特征在于,所述安装底板与导电体通过固定螺钉连接在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的配电箱安装板,其特征在于,安装底板与导电体之间设有用于包覆固定螺钉的尼龙垫柱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的配电箱安装板,其特征在于,所述的绝缘垫采用聚四氟乙烯材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的配电箱安装板,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯绝缘垫设置在安装底板的下方。
