一种应用于天然气或液化石油气为燃料的新型节能月牙型加热腔,包括:扩散主体托架,岩棉,内盆体,外盆体。当使用气体燃料时,燃气经调节阀调节后,进入通道内并被预热,形成燃气的增压和膨胀,与空气充分混合后,经火焰喷头喷出,点燃并燃烧,最后进入月牙型加热腔内。本大锅灶加热腔内部为特有的断面为月牙型球面体空间结构,大大减小了加热腔内部空间,排烟孔在月牙型上端,热烟要想排出必,须经过月牙型加热腔底部,然后从上端排出,这样可以把烟气携带的热能充满在加热腔内,有利于热量的传递和交换,极大的减少了热能的消耗,使燃烧热效率接近理想的最大值。

背景技术:
近年来,我国多地出现明显雾霾天气,致使空气污染严重、能见度低,对民众身体健康和安全出行造成影响。另外随着我国成为世界范围内的加工大国和我国国民经济的飞速发展,石油、天然气等不可再生的能源消耗量十分巨大,能源的短缺要求我们必须不断地探索和寻找节能减排的新方法。
目前市场上各种节能大锅灶具品种繁多,各有特色,节能效果不错,但大部分产品加热腔体较大且伴有排烟孔和进气口,致使部分热量未作用在锅体就流失了,有效热量大大减少。本大锅灶加热腔内部为特有的断面为月牙型球面体空间结构,大大减小了加热腔内部空间,排烟孔在月牙型上端,热烟要想排出必,须经过月牙型加热腔底部,然后从上端排出,这样可以把烟气携带的热能充满在加热腔内,有利于热量的传递和交换,极大的减少了热能的消耗,使燃烧热效率接近理想的最大值。

所述岩棉(2)属于无机村料,采用玄武岩、白云石等为主要原村料,经高温熔融后,由高速离心设备制成的人造无机纤维,具有极强的保温防火性能;
所述内盆体(3)与外盆体(1)通过扩散主体托架(1)的支撑,形成了新型节能断面为月牙型球面体空间结构。

所述扩散主体托架(1)为本加热腔的主支撑体,与内盘体(3)焊接,把岩棉(2)包裹在里面,同时又支撑着外盆体(4),使外盆体(4)与内盆体(3)之间的球面体空腔形成断面为月牙型球面体空间结构;
