Abstract
一种水平井分级振动工具,涉及一种振动工具,其结构从上往下依次为螺杆马达总成、万向轴总成、快接径向振动总成和钻杆接头,所述的螺杆马达总成包括定子和转子,所述万向轴总成包括万向轴外壳和球式万向轴总成,快接径向振动总成包括垫圈、上螺母、上径向轴承、调整垫、推力轴承组、振动轴、下径向轴承、下螺母、螺钉和振动壳体,所述级间连接总成包括连接壳体和连接轴。可以通过级间连接总成,连接一个或多个快接径向振动总成,组成二级或者多级振动工具,以增大该工具的转动惯量,进而获得更大振幅的振动效果。连接过程方便可靠,在井口钻井平台即可实现。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种振动工具,具体说是能够在钻井过程中产生一定频率和振幅的径向振动的一种水平井分级振动工具。
背景技术
水平井由于其井眼轨迹的特点,在钻井过程中,水平井段处,钻杆会紧贴井壁,由于钻杆和井壁相互移动,这就造成了很大的摩擦阻力,严重影响了钻压的传递,加快了钻杆磨损,严重影响了钻井速度,也不利于岩屑的排出。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种水平井分级振动工具,它能够适合各种井深,减缓钻杆的磨损,减少钻进中的摩阻,提高机械钻进速度。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种水平井分级振动工具,其特征是,包括螺杆马达总成、万向轴总成、快接径向振动总成、级间连接总成和钻杆接头,其结构从上往下依次为螺杆马达总成、万向轴总成、快接径向振动总成和钻杆接头,所述的快接径向振动总成可为一级也可以连接多级,每级快接径向振动总成之间通过所述的级间连接总成连接,
所述的螺杆马达总成包括定子和转子,所述的螺杆马达总成的上端通过上转换接头与其上方的钻杆连接,
所述万向轴总成包括万向轴外壳和球式万向轴总成,所述定子的下端与所述的万向轴外壳的上端通过螺纹连接,所述转子下端与所述的球式万向轴总成通过螺纹连接,
快接径向振动总成包括垫圈、上螺母、上径向轴承、调整垫、推力轴承组、振动轴、下径向轴承、下螺母、螺钉和振动壳体,所述振动轴是偏心轴,转动时会产生周向振动,所述球式万向轴总成的下端与振动轴的上端连接,万向轴外壳的下端与振动壳体的上端通过螺纹连接,
所述级间连接总成包括连接壳体和连接轴,级间连接总成设在两级快接径向振动总成之间,所述的连接壳体的上端与上一级振动壳体的下端通过螺纹连接,所述的连接轴的上端与上一级的振动轴的下端连接,连接壳体的下端与下一级振动壳体的上端通过螺纹连接,连接轴的下端与下一级的振动轴的上端连接,所述钻杆接头与振动壳体通过螺纹连接。
进一步的:所述的球式万向轴总成的下端与振动轴的上端以及所述振动轴的下端与连接轴的上端的连接方式均为六方连接,球式万向轴总成的球式连接轴的下端和连接轴的上端为内六方轮廓状,所述的振动轴的上端为与球式万向轴总成的球式连接轴的下端的内六方轮廓状相配合的外六方轮廓状,振动轴的下端为与连接轴的上端的内六方轮廓状相配合的外六方轮廓状。
进一步的:振动轴的上端从上往下依次套接有垫圈、上螺母、上径向轴承、调整垫和推力轴承组,振动轴的下端从下往上依次套接有下螺母、下径向轴承13,所述的推力轴承组和下径向轴承之间为振动轴的偏心部分。
进一步的:所述的下螺母周向上切开开口槽,通过螺钉连接开口槽两端的实体。
进一步的:所述的上径向轴承和下径向轴承均为滑动轴承。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、振动参数实现了井口可调。本实用新型的振动参数由快接径向振动总成的数量决定。根据井况不同,快接径向振动总成可通过级间连接总成连接一定数量的快接径向振动总成,在井口即可连接,连接可靠,方便快捷,且连接数量不受限制,从而起到了调整振动参数的作用。
2、工作过程中零件间不易松脱。该类工具由于其振动的工作特性,易引起振动轴两端连接的松动。本实用新型的振动轴两端采用六方连接的连接方式,该连接方式为间隙连接,不会因为间隙的存在而引起传动的失效。
3、使用寿命长。该类工具易损坏的零件是承受径向方向力的轴承。本实用新型承受径向方向力的上径向轴承和下径向轴承均为滑动轴承,使用寿命是滚动轴承的数倍。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种水平井分级振动工具,包括螺杆马达总成、万向轴总成、快接径向振动总成、级间连接总成和钻杆接头14,其结构从上往下依次为螺杆马达总成、万向轴总成、快接径向振动总成和钻杆接头14,所述的快接径向振动总成可为一级也可以连接多级,每级快接径向振动总成之间通过所述的级间连接总成连接。振动参数实现了井口可调。本实用新型的振动参数由快接径向振动总成的数量决定。振动参数实现了井口可调,根据井况不同,快接径向振动总成可通过级间连接总成连接一定数量的快接径向振动总成,在井口即可连接,连接可靠,方便快捷,且连接数量不受限制,从而起到调整振动参数的作用。
所述的螺杆马达总成包括定子1和转子2,所述的螺杆马达总成的上端通过上转换接头与其上方的钻杆连接,
所述万向轴总成包括万向轴外壳3和球式万向轴总成4,所述定子1的下端与所述的万向轴外壳3的上端通过螺纹连接,所述转子2下端与所述球式万向轴总成4通过螺纹连接。
快接径向振动总成包括垫圈5、上螺母6、上径向轴承7、调整垫9、推力轴承组10、振动轴12、下径向轴承13、下螺母15、螺钉16和振动壳体11,所述振动轴12是偏心轴,转动时会产生周向振动,所述球式万向轴总成4的下端与振动轴12的上端连接,万向轴外壳4的下端与振动壳体11的上端通过螺纹连接。
所述级间连接总成包括连接壳体17和连接轴18,级间连接总成设在两级快接径向振动总成之间,所述的连接壳体17的上端与上一级振动壳体的下端通过螺纹连接,所述的连接轴18的上端与上一级的振动轴12的下端连接,连接壳体17的下端与下一级振动壳体11的上端通过螺纹连接,连接轴18的下端与下一级的振动轴12的上端连接,所述钻杆接头14与振动壳体11通过螺纹连接。
所述的球式万向轴总成4的下端与振动轴12的上端以及所述振动轴12的下端与连接轴18的上端的连接方式均为六方连接,球式万向轴总成4的球式连接轴的下端和连接轴18的上端为内六方轮廓状,所述的振动轴12的上端为与球式万向轴总成4的球式连接轴的下端的内六方轮廓状相配合的外六方轮廓状,振动轴12的下端为与连接轴18的上端的内六方轮廓状相配合的外六方轮廓状。
振动轴12的上端从上往下依次套接有垫圈5、上螺母6、上径向轴承7、调整垫9和推力轴承组10,振动轴12的下端从下往上依次套接有下螺母15、下径向轴承13,所述的推力轴承组10和下径向轴承13之间为振动轴12的偏心部分。所述的上径向轴承7和下径向轴承13均为滑动轴承。
如图4和图5所示,所述的下螺母15周向上切开开口槽8,通过螺钉16连接开口槽8两端的实体。引起下螺母15弹性变形,有效的防止了下螺母15的松动。
当泥浆通过马达总成时,会带动马达总成中的转子2做行星运动,转子2的行星运动通过球式万向轴总成4转变成定轴转动,传递给快接径向振动总成中的具有一定转动惯量的振动轴12,振动轴12转动产生径向振动,进而带动整个工具振动。
当遇到井深较深,井斜角较大的情况时,可以通过级间连接总成,再连接一个或多个快接径向振动总成,组成二级或者多级振动工具,以增大该工具的转动惯量,进而获得更大振幅的振动效果。连接过程方便可靠,在井口钻井平台即可实现。
Claims (5)
1.一种水平井分级振动工具,其特征是,包括螺杆马达总成、万向轴总成、快接径向振动总成、级间连接总成和钻杆接头,其结构从上往下依次为螺杆马达总成、万向轴总成、快接径向振动总成和钻杆接头,所述的快接径向振动总成可为一级也可以连接多级,每级快接径向振动总成之间通过所述的级间连接总成连接,
所述的螺杆马达总成包括定子和转子,所述的螺杆马达总成的上端通过上转换接头与其上方的钻杆连接,
所述万向轴总成包括万向轴外壳和球式万向轴总成,所述定子的下端与所述的万向轴外壳的上端通过螺纹连接,所述转子下端与所述的球式万向轴总成通过螺纹连接,
快接径向振动总成包括垫圈、上螺母、上径向轴、调整垫、推力轴承组、振动轴、下径向轴承、下螺母、螺钉和振动壳体,所述振动轴是偏心轴,转动时会产生周向振动,所述球式万向轴总成的下端与振动轴的上端连接,万向轴外壳的下端与振动壳体的上端通过螺纹连接,
所述级间连接总成包括连接壳体和连接轴,级间连接总成设在两级快接径向振动总成之间,所述的连接壳体的上端与上一级振动壳体的下端通过螺纹连接,所述的连接轴的上端与上一级的振动轴的下端连接,连接壳体的下端与下一级振动壳体的上端端通过螺纹连接,连接轴的下端与下一级的振动轴的上端连接,所述钻杆接头与振动壳体通过螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水平井分级振动工具,其特征是,所述的球式万向轴总成的下端与振动轴的上端以及所述振动轴的下端与连接轴的上端的 连接方式均为六方连接,球式万向轴总成的球式连接轴的下端和连接轴的上端为内六方轮廓状,所述的振动轴的上端为与球式万向轴总成的球式连接轴的下端的内六方轮廓状相配合的外六方轮廓状,振动轴的下端为与连接轴的上端的内六方轮廓状相配合的外六方轮廓状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水平井分级振动工具,其特征是,振动轴的上端从上往下依次套接有垫圈、上螺母、上径向轴承、调整垫和推力轴承组,振动轴的下端从下往上依次套接有下螺母、下径向轴承(13),所述的推力轴承组和下径向轴承之间为振动轴的偏心部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种水平井分级振动工具,其特征是,所述的下螺母周向上切开开口槽,通过螺钉连接开口槽两端的实体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种水平井分级振动工具,其特征是,所述的上径向轴承和下径向轴承均为滑动轴承。
