一种汽车减震器密封底盖整形模具，包括底板，其特征在于：所述底板中心固定安装有凸模，所述凸模的两侧设有顶料杆，所述顶料杆的上方设有凸模顶料板，所述凸模的中心设有通孔，所述通孔的上端连通有分流孔，所述分流孔连通凸模四周侧壁上的吹气口，所述底板的上方设有凹模模柄，所述凹模模柄上固定安装有凹模成型块，所述凹模成型块处于凹模内，所述凹模成型块的上端通过调节螺钉固定安装在上凹模模柄上。
所述凹模与凹模之间设有合金套。
本实用新型在凸模的内设有通气孔，且在凸模的侧壁上设有多个吹口，且吹气口连通通孔孔，用于产品加工好以后吹出来，且在模柄上通过调整螺钉，固定安装了凹模成型块，这样凹模成型块可以在调整螺钉的作用下，自由的上下移动，调整速度快。
