背景技术
市场上现有的耳机插座都是通过正负极接线端子与电路板上的耳机回路相焊接，将耳机插座固定于电路板上，由于耳机的经常插拔，耳机的正负极接线端子很快就会被外力推拉而损坏，从而导致耳机的不能使用。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种带固定金属壳的新型耳机插座。
本实用新型由金属壳、塑胶基体、电连接端子和耳机插头组成，在塑胶基体上面的卡槽内裹有一圈金属壳，内部安装有电连接端子，其右端的耳机插孔内插有耳机插头。
所述塑胶基体上设置有卡槽，与金属壳的宽度相同，其两侧面设置有凸台，其内部设置有插头插孔。
所述金属壳装配在塑胶基体上面，金属壳的两侧面分别设置有扣孔和焊接脚，扣孔分别与塑胶基体两侧的凸台相互扣合，再通过焊接脚与电路板焊接固定，将耳机插座的塑胶基体固定在电路板上。
所述电连接端子压入并固定在塑胶基体上，电连接端子的一端设置有弹片，用来接触耳机插头，其另一端设置有固定插脚，通过插板方式焊接在电路板上，增加电连接端子与电路板之间的附着力并使制造工艺简单，也可以解决SMT表面贴装工艺带来的虚焊缺陷问题。
本实用新型的积极效果是大大提高了耳机插座与电路板之间焊接的牢固性，使用者将耳机插头***时，该带有固定金属壳的耳机插座可以承受上、下、左、右方向较大的破坏力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型是一种带金属固定外壳的新型耳机插座。
如图2-4所示，本实用新型由金属壳100、塑胶基体200、电连接端子300和耳机插头400组成，在塑胶基体200上面的卡槽内裹有一圈金属壳100，内部安装有电连接端子300，其右端的耳机插孔内插有耳机插头400。所述塑胶基体200上设置有卡槽210，与金属壳100的宽度相同，其两侧面设置有凸台220，其内部设置有插头插孔230。所述金属壳100装配在塑胶基体200上面，金属壳100的两侧面分别设置有扣孔110和焊接脚120，扣孔110分别与塑胶基体200两侧的凸台220相互扣合，再通过焊接脚120与电路板焊接固定，将耳机插座的塑胶基体200固定在电路板上。所述电连接端子300压入并固定在塑胶基体200上，电连接端子300的一端的侧面设置有弹片310，用来接触耳机插头400，该弹片设置在耳机座圆孔的侧面，耳机头***时弹片与耳机头导通，预防耳机头***后使用者将耳机头往上或往下翘动耳机头，使耳机头与弹片产生缝隙而导通电路断开，其另一端设置有固定插脚320，通过插板方式焊接在电路板上，增加电连接端子与电路板之间的附着力并使制造工艺简单，也可以解决SMT表面贴装工艺带来的虚焊缺陷问题。

1.一种带固定金属壳的新型耳机插座，其特征是由金属壳、塑胶基体、电连接端子和耳机插头组成，在塑胶基体上面的卡槽内裹有一圈金属壳，内部安装有电连接端子，其右端的耳机插孔内插有耳机插头。
2.由权利要求1所述的一种带固定金属壳的新型耳机插座，其特征是所述塑胶基体上设置有卡槽，与金属壳的宽度相同，其两侧面设置有凸台，其内部设置有插头插孔。
3.由权利要求1所述的一种带固定金属壳的新型耳机插座，其特征是所述金属壳装配在塑胶基体上面，金属壳的两侧面分别设置有扣孔和焊接脚，扣孔分别与塑胶基体两侧的凸台相互扣合，再通过焊接脚与电路板焊接固定，将耳机插座的塑胶基体固定在电路板上。
4.由权利要求1所述的一种带固定金属壳的新型耳机插座，其特征是所述电连接端子压入并固定在塑胶基体上，电连接端子的一端设置有弹片，用来接触耳机插头，其另一端设置有固定插脚，通过插板方式焊接在电路板上，增加电连接端子与电路板之间的附着力并使制造工艺简单，也可以解决SMT表面贴装工艺带来的虚焊缺陷问题。
