背景技术
在现有的煤炉***中,空气不经过加热直接进入鼓风机然后通过空气预热器预热再进入煤炉中助燃。该过程中,由于鼓风机的风速相对较高,造成空气预热器中的空气流速较快,从而使空气预热器对空气的预热效果差,对煤炉助燃产生影响,而且由于进入空气预热器的空气为常温空气,从而需要增加空气预热器的功率,提高了能耗。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构简单,能源消耗低、助燃效果好的煤炉鼓风机进气加热装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的煤炉鼓风进气加热装置,它包括鼓风机和空气预热器,鼓风机与空气预热器连接,在鼓风机的进风口设有进风管道,在进风管道上设有空气加热器,在空气加热器上连接有酯化热水进管和酯化热水出管。
本实用新型所得到的煤炉鼓风机进气加热装置,通过空气预热器及酯化热水进管、酯化热水出管的设置,可以把通过空气加热器进入鼓风机的常温空气进行初步加热,使进入鼓风机及空气预热器的空气温度提高,再通过空气预热器的加热,可使煤炉的助燃空气的温度得到进一步提高,提高煤炉的效率,同时还能减少能源消耗;而通过酯化热水对常温空气进行初步加热,实现了对酯化反应产生的余热充分回收利用,达到节能降耗的效果,同时对整个生产的稳定性有促进作用。
