背景技术
毛巾属于日常生活中的一种比较常用的物品，随着人们生活水平的提高，需求量也越来越大。为此，出现了毛巾机，毛巾机是一种用于制作毛巾的生产机器。毛巾机一般包括有修边装置，修边装置的作用是对拷完边的布料进行修边。现有的修边装置就是单单对拷完边的布料进行剪切修边，这样修边装置无法保证拷完边的布料的四边平整度，导致生产出来的产品不美观，产品的质量无法得到保障。

本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种带熨烫功能的修边装置。  
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种修边装置，包括固定架、加热块、切刀和气缸；所述固定架内设有加热块和切刀；所述切刀位于加热块的下端；所述固定架上设有气缸；所述气缸的伸缩杆穿过固定架与加热块相连。
优选的，所述气缸的伸缩杆上设有连接块；所述连接块与加热块相连。
优选的，所述连接块设有两块。

本实用新型的修边装置，使用时，气缸4启动，气缸4的伸缩杆伸出，带动加热块2和切刀3向下运动，起到剪切的修边作用，同时，加热块工作，还起到了熨烫的修边作用，然后气缸4关闭，气缸4的伸缩杆收缩，带动加热块2和切刀3向上运动，如此反复。
本实用新型方案的一种修边装置，由于切刀上方设有加热块，在对拷完边的布料进行剪切修边的同时，还具有熨烫修边的作用，保证了拷完边的布料的四边平整度，使得生产出来的产品美观，产品的质量得到了保障。
上述的修边装置，由于切刀位于固定架内部，不暴露在外，因此修边装置的使用安全性高，避免了造成操作人员受伤的安全隐患。
上述的修边装置，所述连接块设有两块时，使用效果最佳。
