背景技术
宫腔镜出现,它能直视子宫内生理与病理变化,可在窥镜下进行一些子宫内治疗性手术操作。其成像方式采用窥镜、导光束,通过体外光源(如双灯150W5600K冷光源)经导光束把光源导入病灶区,通过镜体目镜高倍放大后观察宫腔形态子宫内有无异常或病变。外置CCD摄像单元实现图像传递。宫腔镜视场角为60°,因导光束传输光源衰减大,受照面不匀,目镜观察存在一定局限性,要扩大观察宫内视野,要进一步提高图像清晰度存在一定的困难。
专利201310166934.8所述的妇科内窥镜,其通过内置的CCD微型数码摄像器,并通过内置的LED灯供充足的光源;其工作时通过CCD微型数码摄像器获取图像,然后通过数字信号处理模块将图像信息转换后通过信号输出端口输出,最后在外置的工作站显示出来;上述设置的妇科内窥镜内置数码成像***可以对***壁、宫颈、甚至宫腔进行检查,其观察视野较广,基本无观察盲区,图像清晰度也较高;内置的摄像器和光源使得***镜与宫腔镜达到一体化设计,即通过同台仪器进行多位检查,节省了检查时间和工序。
上述的妇科内窥镜均采用外接电源及外接视频信号通过有线传输进入影像工作站,由于外接电源线及信号线的存在,增加了信号传输的干扰,影响了图像的清晰度,并且增加了器械的安全风险;较多的线路连接于器械上,不利于医生的操作和调节。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种妇科内窥镜无线供电及图像发射***,目的在于解决妇科内窥镜通常采用外接电源线、视频信号传输线,这样在信号传输中存在干扰及安全风险,对医生的操作环境带来不便的问题。
本实用新型包括鞘管、镜管,所述镜管的前端密封连接透明罩体,在所述透明罩体内设置LED灯珠、***器,在所述镜管的后端连接管理***壳体,在所述管理***壳体内设置自持电源管理模块、视频信号发射模块,所述LED灯珠、***器、视频信号发射模块分别通过线路与所述自持电源管理模块连接,所述***器通过线路与所述视频信号发射模块连接,在所述管理***壳体的后端设置操作面板。
本实用新型通过无线的电源、无线的视频信号传输降低了医疗器械的安全风险等级(从Ⅲ类降为Ⅱ类);另外无线的妇科内窥镜使得医生操作变得方便,自带操作面板,可实时调节,缩短检查时间,方便、快捷;通过数码视频信号,再通过无线传输,减少了线路传输干扰,有利于提高图像分辨率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本妇科内窥镜无线供电及图像发射***,包括鞘管1、镜管2,镜管2的前端密封连接透明罩体3,在透明罩体3内设置LED灯珠4、***器5,在镜管2的后端连接管理***壳体6,在管理***壳体6内设置自持电源管理模块7、视频信号发射模块8, LED灯珠4、***器5、视频信号发射模块8分别通过线路与自持电源管理模块7连接,***器5通过线路与视频信号发射模块8连接,在管理***壳体6的后端设置操作面板9。自持电源管理模块包括锂电池充放电电路、稳压电路、稳流电路;本妇科内窥镜通过充电即可保证充足的电源,一次性充电至少可满足72小时不间断使用,保证了使用效果。妇科内窥镜的自持电源管理模块内置锂电池及充电电路作为供电电源,采用稳压调节电路取得不同信号电压,满足LED照明及图像信号的控制及发送要求,一次性充电可满足72小时连续放点,操作面板上可以监视电池供电或充电状态,镜体内置视频信号发射模块,将视频的数据信号通过发射天线及天线放大电路发送的计算机影像工作站。

1.妇科内窥镜无线供电、图像发射***,包括鞘管、镜管,所述镜管的前端密封连接透明罩体,在所述透明罩体内设置LED灯珠、***器,在所述镜管的后端连接管理***壳体,在所述管理***壳体内设置自持电源管理模块、视频信号发射模块,所述LED灯珠、***器、视频信号发射模块分别通过线路与所述自持电源管理模块连接,所述***器通过线路与所述视频信号发射模块连接,其特征在于在所述管理***壳体的后端设置操作面板。
