本实用新型涉及纸箱包装行业,特别是适用乳品饮料及其他食品的纸箱或纸盒提手。
(二)背景技术
目前,市场上饮料、礼品的包装纸箱上的提手基本上是先注塑成型,再由人工穿接而成。效率低下,成本较高。
(三)发明内容:
为此,本实用新型针对目前技术的不足,提出一种易于实现自动化生产的纸箱提手。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种纸箱提手:包装纸箱窄边上开有对称排列的穿透孔,在纸箱里面穿透孔对应位置粘贴有加强片,为保证包装纸箱的受力强度,加强片与包装纸箱间涂有胶水,提手带的两端分别穿过纸箱和加强片,与加强片热熔粘接一起,三者紧密相连。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、本实用新型的提手带和加强片为塑胶材料挤压拉伸而成,成本比注塑成型的要低。
2、本实用新型的提手带和加强片为塑胶材料挤压拉伸工艺制作而成的扁平带,可以卷成数百米长的料盘,方便实现穿提手的自动化。
3、本实用新型的提手带和加强片粘合为高温融化加压连接一起,接头强度高,能承受较大的拉力不脱落。

(五)具体实施方式:
纸箱4窄边上对称排列的穿透孔1,在纸箱4里面穿透孔1对应位置粘贴有加强片2,加强片2上同样开有穿透孔3,大小和位置与纸箱的穿透孔1相同,为保证包装纸箱的受力强度,加强片2与包装纸箱4间涂有胶水,提手带5的两端分别穿过纸箱穿透孔1和加强片2上穿透孔3,快速加热加压,与加强片2热熔粘接一起,三者紧密相连。

1.一种纸箱提手,其特征是:在纸箱(4)里面穿透孔(1)对应位置粘贴有加强片(2),提手带(5)的两端分别穿过纸箱穿透孔(1)和加强片(2)上穿透孔(3),与加强片(2)热熔粘接一起,三者紧密相连。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸箱提手,其特征在于:提手带(5)和加强片(2)为塑胶材料挤压拉伸工艺制作而成的扁平带,可以卷成数百米长的料盘。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的纸箱提手,其特征在于:加强片(2)与包装纸箱(4)间涂有胶水,提手带(5)和加强片(2)粘合为高温融化加压连接一起。
