本实用新型涉及蓄热发电(或能源综合利用)领域,具体属于多能源高温蓄热节能装置的蓄热箱。
背景技术
蓄热蒸汽发电***是将多能源(低谷电、太阳能、余热)转化为蓄热材料热能,蓄热材料再与水进行热交换,把水加热至有压力的热水或蒸汽的一种热力设备.它无需炉膛、烟道和烟囱,也无需储存燃料的场地,极大地减少了常规嫌煤锅炉带来的污染。现有技术中的蓄热介质的蓄热能力不好,高温蓄热温度低。
实用新型内容
    本实用新型的目的是提供一种多能源高温蓄热节能装置的蓄热箱,内置高温固体蓄热砖或相变熔融盐球体,蓄热能力是100℃水的30倍以上,熔融盐在350℃时相变比热为85KJ/kg.k,保证了低谷用电可以供应发电机正常工作,适应各种场合。
    本实用新型的技术方案如下:
多能源高温蓄热节能装置的蓄热箱,包括有箱体,箱体内设有矩形阵列排布的高温固体蓄热砖或相变熔融盐球体,箱体上部设有上层分层排管、下部设有下层排管、电加热管或换热盘管,电加热管外连接有加热控制柜,箱体上部侧壁上接通有排热气管。
     所述的箱体底部安装有排空管。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果如下:
1、 内置高温固体蓄热砖或相变熔融盐球体,蓄热能力是100℃水的30倍以上,熔融盐在350℃时相变比热为85KJ/kg.k。
2、 电加热或换热盘管部分在设备的底部,位于下层分层排管之上,只在电力低谷时段加热或接入其他能源。
3、 蓄热温度在300℃以上,液体采用高温导热油。
4、 保温性能,环境温度在15-20℃,300℃时,12小时降温≤4℃。
5、 该装置上下各有冷热自然分层排管。

1.多能源高温蓄热节能装置的蓄热箱,包括有箱体,其特征在于:箱体内设有矩形阵列排布的高温固体蓄热砖或相变熔融盐球体,箱体上部设有上层分层排管、下部设有下层排管、电加热管或换热盘管,电加热管外连接有加热控制柜,箱体上部侧壁上接通有排热气管。
