In order to clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a locking device of a grounding switch according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the electromagnetic lock comprises an electromagnetic lock 1, an operating shaft 2, a linkage ring 3 and a fixing piece 4. The electromagnetic lock 1 is provided with a bolt 5, the bolt 5 is in a cylindrical shape, the bolt 5 can be controlled to move along the axis through electrification, and when the electromagnetic lock is powered off unexpectedly, the bolt 5 can be stirred to move along the axis through a stirring piece 12 which is mechanically connected with the bolt 5. One end of the operating shaft 2 has a positioning end 10 and an operating part 11 close to the positioning end 10, the positioning end 10 is a hexagonal prism, and the operating part 11 is also a hexagonal prism. The outer side surface of the linkage ring 3 is circular, and the linkage ring 3 is provided with a positioning hole 8 which can just accommodate the positioning end 10. The shape of the positioning hole 8 and the shape and size of the positioning end 10 are matched, so that the positioning end 10 can be just positioned in the positioning hole 8. The positioning hole 8 is also hexagonal prism shaped, so that the link ring 3 has an inner side surface in the shape of a hexagonal prism surface. The link ring 3 has a lock hole 7 penetrating the inner surface and the outer surface, and an annular flange 28 is provided at one end of the link ring 3. The fixing piece 4 is provided with a round hole 9, the round hole 9 is located at the center of the fixing piece 4 and is coaxially arranged with the linkage ring 3, the diameter of the round hole 9 is larger than that of the circumference of the outer side face of the linkage ring 3, therefore, the linkage ring 3 can be accommodated, the fixing piece 4 is in a circular ring shape, and the fixing piece 4 is provided with a lock hole 6 penetrating through the inner side face and the outer side face. And when the link ring 3 is located in the circular hole 9 of the mount 4, the locking hole 6 and the locking hole 7 are coaxially arranged, i.e. aligned with each other. The locking hole 6 and the locking hole 7 can be the same size or different sizes.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a locking device of a grounding switch according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the positioning end 10 of the operating shaft 2 is located in the positioning hole 8 (see fig. 1) of the link ring 3, and at this time, since the positioning end 10 has a hexagonal prism shape, the operating shaft cannot rotate around the link ring 3 in the positioning hole 8 when the positioning end 10 is inserted into the positioning hole 8. The linkage ring 3 is located in the round hole 9 of the fixing piece 4, so that the operation shaft 2, the linkage ring 3 and the fixing piece 4 are coaxially arranged, and the operation shaft 2, the linkage ring 3 and the fixing piece 4 are sequentially arranged from inside to outside in the radial direction. And the locking hole 6 and the locking hole 7 (see fig. 1) are aligned with each other by rotating the link ring 3. The bolt 5 is located in the lock hole 6 and the lock hole 7 at the same time, and can move along the lock hole 6 and the lock hole 7. When the latch bolt 5 moves and is simultaneously located in the lock hole 6 and the lock hole 7, the link ring 3 and the fixing member 4 are fixed together, and the operating shaft 2 cannot rotate at this time because the operating shaft 2 is inserted into the positioning hole 8 of the link ring 3 and cannot rotate relative to the link ring 3. When the lock tongue 5 is not in the lock hole 7, the rotating operation part 11 can drive the link ring 3 to rotate in the same direction.
