本实用新型公开了一种桥架连接件，包括L形板材，该L形板材的两个连接面上分别设有两排长圆形连接孔，该长圆形连接孔的长边与所述的L形板材的两个连接面的边线分别平行；所述的L形板材在两个连接面的连接处设有长圆形折弯孔，该长圆形折弯孔的长边与L形板材的任一连接面的边线平行。本方案的桥架连接件在使用时，根据现场安装的需要，通过长圆形折弯孔将将两个平面折成任意角度，用来固定任意角度的桥架间的连接固定，使用灵活、方便，结构简单，可适用任何场合的桥架固定，标准化程度高，能够有效的降低施工强度，节约了制作成本。

本实用新型属机械制造领域，尤其是涉及一种桥架连接件。
背景技术
在桥架安装过程中，为节省空间，常采用多层安装。多层桥架在安装过程中，经常遇到横纵方向交汇，由于空间小，下层桥架无法借助吊架或立柱固定。为了固定下层交汇桥架，常采用改变局部桥架走向，或进行桥架切割，使下层交汇桥架达到可以固定的位置再进行固定，使得现场安装极为不便，增加了劳动强度，同时也造成了极大的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种桥架连接件，用以解决多层桥架纵横方向交汇处的桥架固定问题。
为实现上述问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：桥架连接件，包括L形板材，该L形板材的两个连接面上分别设有两排长圆形连接孔，该长圆形连接孔的长边与所述的L形板材的两个连接面的边线分别平行；所述的L形板材在两个连接面的连接处有长圆形折弯孔，该长圆形折弯孔的长边与L形板材的任一连接面的边线平行。
所述的每个连接面上的长圆形连接孔为两排两列排列。
所述的L形板材的外拐角处设有斜角，该斜角的斜边与L形板材两个连接面的边线构成的夹角相同。
本方案的桥架连接件在使用时，根据现场安装的需要，通过长圆形折弯孔将将两个平面折成任意角度，用来固定任意角度间的桥架之间的连接固定。具有使用灵活、方便，结构简单，标准化程度高，能够有效的降低施工强度，节约了制作成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的桥架连接件，包括L形板材1，该L形板材1的两个连接面上分别设有两排长圆形连接孔2，该长圆形连接孔2的长边与所述的L形板材1的两个连接面的边线分别平行。所述的L形板材1在两个连接面的连接处有长圆形折弯孔3，该长圆形折弯孔3的长边与L形板材的任一连接面的边线平行。为了施工安装的方便，在每个连接面上设有分别设有两排两列的长圆形连接孔2。
在施工中，为了保证桥架在安装时有更充裕的空间，或给其它设施（如水管、线管等）余留避让的空间，将所述的L形板材1的外拐角设为弧形角或多边形角，在本实施例中为斜角。为提供高承载强度，L形板材斜角的斜边4与所述的两个连接面的边线构成的夹角相同。
如图3所示，桥架连接件在使用时，根据安装需求，将L形板材1的两个连接面沿着长圆形折弯孔3进行任意角度的折弯，两个连接面上的长圆形连接孔分别上层桥架5和下层桥架6的梯边上的连接孔对接后，用螺栓固定连接，完成交错桥架固定的目的。由于本实用新型的两个面上的连接孔相同，所以，在安装时，无需辨认方向，大大提高了整体桥架的安全性，并且可有效的控制多层桥架间距，为后期桥架电缆铺设以及盖板安装提供了保证。
本实用新型桥架连接件的折弯孔，避免了折弯工艺，提高了加工效率。多层桥架连接件在现场安装过程具有安装方便，实用性强（弯曲角度也可根据现场情况调整）等特点。

1.一种桥架连接件，其特征在于，包括L形板材，该L形板材的两个连接面上分别设有两排长圆形连接孔，该长圆形连接孔的长边与所述的L形板材的两个连接面的边线分别平行；所述的L形板材在两个连接面的连接处设有长圆形折弯孔，该长圆形折弯孔的长边与L形板材的任一连接面的边线平行。
2.按照权利要求1所述的桥架连接件，其特征在于，所述的每个连接面上的长圆形连接孔为两排两列排列。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的桥架连接件，其特征在于，所述的L形板材的外拐角处设有斜角，该斜角的斜边与L形板材两个连接面的边线构成的夹角相同。
