办公一族有时候由于工作忙，在一天的办公时间内很少走动，时间一长，会产生各种疾病，而目前适合、针对办公一族在办公间隙运动的运动健身设备非常少。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、安装方便、适合办公一族、能锻炼腰腹肌以及手臂力量的便捷式健身器。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供的一种便捷式健身器，包括一L型软性基座，所述L型软性基座前端通过一内部设有弹簧的橡胶弹性管连接有一前端设有按摩颗粒的软性块，所述L型软性基座后端连接有一弹性套带。
作为本实用新型之改进，所述L型软性基座两侧通过橡胶弹性带还各连接有一手柄。
采用上述结构方式后，本实用新型的优点在于：L型软性基座可通过弹性套带套设在椅子坐垫和靠背的结合处，锻炼者可背部靠在软性块上腰腹部用力，使得橡胶弹性管以及弹簧反复伸张和收缩，以此达到锻炼腰腹部力量的目的；软性块前端的按摩颗粒可达到按摩腰部的功效；同时，锻炼者还可两手各抓住一个手柄通过橡胶弹性带向两侧拉伸，以达到锻炼手臂力量的目的。

从图1中可知，本健身器包括一L型软性基座1，在L型软性基座1后端连接有一弹性套带6；该L型软性基座1前端通过一内部设有弹簧2的橡胶弹性管3连接有一前端设有按摩颗粒4的软性块5；同时在L型软性基座1两侧通过橡胶弹性带7还各连接有一手柄8（见图2）。L型软性基座1可通过弹性套带6套设在椅子坐垫和靠背的结合处，锻炼者可背部靠在软性块5上腰腹部用力，使得橡胶弹性管3以及弹簧2反复伸张和收缩，以此达到锻炼腰腹部力量的目的；软性块5前端的按摩颗粒4可达到按摩腰部的功效；同时，锻炼者还可两手各抓住一个手柄8通过橡胶弹性带7向两侧拉伸，以达到锻炼手臂力量的目的。
