背景技术
    双辊压榨洗浆机是一种连续进料，脱水、置换及压榨结合在一起的洗浆机，洗后出洗浆机浆料浓度一般为20—30%，被公认为在很低的稀释因子拥有很高的洗涤下效率，是制浆造纸行业不可缺少的设备。
    目前的双辊压榨洗浆机，由于浆料中的纤维会随着过滤液进入筛孔而将筛孔堵住，而双辊压榨洗浆机的喷淋清洗装置的喷嘴孔径过大，喷淋出来的水呈扇形分布，对转辊表面的冲洗压力较低，无法将被纤维堵住的筛孔冲开，导致使用中筛网的滤水性越来越差，从而严重影响浆料的脱水、置换性能。

    本实用新型的目的是提供一种双辊压榨洗浆机高压喷淋清洗装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
双辊压榨洗浆机高压喷淋装置，包括进料螺旋、侧盖、转辊、支架、出料螺旋、普通喷淋清洗装置、大水管、小水管、喷嘴套、喷嘴、锁紧螺母，其特征是：喷嘴套和小水管焊接连接，喷嘴的出口是孔径为1mm圆锥孔。
    锁紧螺母把喷嘴固定在喷嘴套上。
