背景技术
变电站、发电厂的高压开关柜、母线接头、室外刀闸开关等重要的设备,在长期运行过程中,开关的触点和母线连接等部位因老化或接触电阻过大而发热,这些发热部位的温度如果无法实时监测,将可能最终导致火灾和大面积的停电事故的发生。解决设备运行过程中的过热问题是杜绝此类事故发生的关键,因此,实现温度在线监测是保证高压设备安全运行的重要手段。 
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提出了无线开关柜测温***装置,旨在实时监控连接部位的温度,减少事故的发生。 
本实用新型的无线开关柜测温***装置,包括温度传感器、温度采集器、温度监测仪、测温主控终端、警报器和监控***;所述温度传感器安装在北侧物体表面;所述温度传感器和温度采集器均设置有射频接收器和射频发射器;所述温度采集器连接有采集器天线;所述温度监测仪上设置有按键和显示器;所述警报器连接温度监测仪;所述测温主控终端和温度采集器基于CAN总线或无线自组网通信;所述监控***通过电力专网与测温主控终端。 
进一步地,所述温度传感器的类型有音叉式、卡环型和捆绑型,通过接触测量温度,测温范围为-25摄氏度到125摄氏度,测量精度为1摄氏度,与采集器的传输距离为2m,频率范围为428MHz到438MHz,通过OOK方式调制信号,温度采样频率可自行调节,且最高100ms一次,经过防腐、 防潮和防强电场处理,使用年限20年。 
进一步地,所述温度采集器的工作容量为每个同时输出3个天线信号,同时读入18个传感器信号,下行无线通信频率和有效传输距离同温度传感器,上行通信接口通过CAN总线连接或无线连接,温度采样间隔同温度传感器的温度采样频率,采集器尺寸83.8*53.3*25.4(mm),使用年限20年,内置传感信号放大器、下变频器、滤波器和A/D转换器。 
进一步地,所述温度监测仪工作电压为AD/AC85-265V,工作环境温度为-10摄氏度到65摄氏度,工作环境湿度小于等于95%RH,显示容量为单机支持18路温度传感器数据显示,报警输出接口一路常开加一路常闭继电器无源节点输出,通信接口为RS232/RS485。 
进一步地,所述测温主控终端电源输入为220vVAC,2A,电源输出为10路加5VDC,最大输出400mA,功耗小于70W,工作环境温度-20摄氏度到50摄氏度,工作环境湿度为15%到90%,下行接口设置无线模块时,无线连接300个温度采集器,下行接口通过2路CAN接口,连接30个温度采集器,外形尺寸为482*155*44(mm),支持规约103/61850/Modbus/CDT,设置有数据存储器,保存至少一个月的温度采样数据,使用年限20年。 
本实用新型的无线开关柜测温***装置,传感器采用被动感应方式,无需电池驱动,减少电池更换的维护成本;传感器与接收设备之间无电气联系,从而实现高压隔离;无电源,无连接线的设置使得***安装方便,不受设备结构限制。
