背景技术
 传统用于卫生级或对介质要求非常高的工况使用蝶阀一般为蝶板全衬氟蝶阀,该种蝶阀能够有效的保证介质的无污染,但是由于介质压力和使用时间的长短,同时由于蝶板全部位衬氟,致使蝶板与阀体密封面积增大,开启的力矩也就增大,影响阀门在使用过程中的可操作性。 
发明内容
 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种蝶阀手柄基部定位轴承省力机构。 
 本实用新型提供的一种蝶阀手柄基部定位轴承省力机构,由阀杆、阀体中部顶端、滚动轴承、手柄、蝶形弹片及螺母组成。 
 在阀体中部顶端与手柄基部接触位置,沿阀杆放置的中部位置设置滚动轴承定位凹槽。 
 本实用新型的有益效果是当阀杆装配后,将滚动轴承放置定位凹槽,然后,将手柄、蝶形弹片依次装配在阀杆及滚动轴承上,用螺母在阀杆上将手柄拧紧,手柄在力量的作用及蝶形弹片弹性补偿的作用,手柄基部与滚动轴承靠接,在阀门开闭时手柄基部与滚动轴承产生摩擦,实现手柄省力的特点。

具体实施方式:
  本实用新型所提供一种蝶阀手柄基部定位轴承省力机构,由阀杆1、阀体中部顶端2、滚动轴承3、手柄4、蝶形弹片5及螺母6组成。 
 在阀体中部顶端2与手柄4基部接触位置,沿阀杆放置的中部位置设置滚动轴承3定位凹槽。 
  当阀杆1装配后,将滚动轴承3放置定位凹槽。然后,将手柄4、蝶形弹片5依次装配在阀杆1及滚动轴承上,用螺母6在阀杆1上将手柄拧紧。 
 手柄4在力量的作用及蝶形弹片5弹性补偿的作用,手柄4基部与滚动轴承3靠接,在阀门开闭时手柄4基部与滚动轴承3产生摩擦,实现手柄省力的特点。

1.一种蝶阀手柄基部定位轴承省力机构,由阀杆(1)、阀体中部顶端(2)、滚动轴承(3)、手柄(4)、蝶形弹片(5)及螺母(6)组成,其特征是:在阀体中部顶端(2)与手柄(4)基部接触位置沿阀杆放置的中部位置设置滚动轴承(3)定位凹槽,滚动轴承(3)放置定位凹槽上,手柄(4)、蝶形弹片(5)依次装配在阀杆(1)和滚动轴承(4)上,手柄(4)与阀杆(1)通过螺母(6)连接。
