背景技术
经处理的基布，通过涂料台，采用辊衬涂覆法，把聚氨酯浆料均匀地涂覆在基布上。贝斯表面的平整度除与基布的特性有关外，还与涂覆后入水前的生产工艺有直接的关系。在使用起毛布为底基时，要注意起毛布表面起毛的方向。顺毛涂覆，贝斯表面光洁；逆毛涂覆，贝斯表而粗糙。涂层的厚度不仅对产品的厚度有影响，而且对产品的风格及质量也有影响。涂层太薄，不能遮盖布毛，使贝斯表面粗糙，手感发板无弹性；涂层太厚，易造成泡孔不匀、面层与基材分离等缺陷。在基布与涂覆厚度一定的情况下，涂覆后入水前对贝斯的整理直接关系到贝斯的质量，因为涂覆后气泡会随浆料附着在贝斯的表面，涂覆后进入凝固层时由于压力的作用，含浸液中的气泡冲破涂层形成针眼，再加上基布上的浆料厚薄不是十分的均匀，都需要在涂覆后入水前对贝斯进行加工处理。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既可以消除含浸液涂覆中在贝斯表面形成的气泡，又能增加贝斯表面平整度的合成革用抹平整理装置。
