Abstract
一种采用EPS防火板的外墙保温结构，涉及一种建筑外墙用保温结构。基层与EPS保温防火板通过胶粘剂粘贴，上下临接的EPS保温防火板通过双面三齿连接固定件连接，双面三齿连接固定件的单齿面通过铆钉与基层连接，在EPS保温防火板外侧面复合有界面剂层，并用锚栓将EPS保温防火板与基层连接，在界面剂层上复合有抹面层。由于上下临接的两块EPS保温防火板通过双面三齿连接固定件连接，构成多保险的固定施工方式，加强了保温防火板之间的牢固性，使得整体保温结构更加经久耐用，保温防火板之间无需额外通过胶粘，经济环保。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑外墙用保温结构。
背景技术
现有建筑外墙保温结构，是在外墙上粘贴保温苯板，保温苯板之间通过胶粘，再涂抹泥灰，打磨平面，然后加载饰面层。通过胶粘保温苯板，存在不环保的问题，另外常年累月雨水冲刷渗入后，保温苯板之间的连接不牢固，进而影响保温结构整体使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种连接牢固，经久耐用的建筑外墙用保温结构。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的：一种采用EPS防火板的外墙保温结构，基层与EPS保温防火板通过胶粘剂粘贴，其特征在于：上下临接的EPS保温防火板通过双面三齿连接固定件连接，双面三齿连接固定件的单齿面通过铆钉与基层连接，在EPS保温防火板外侧面复合有界面剂层，并用锚栓将EPS保温防火板与基层连接，在界面剂层上复合有抹面层。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型采用上述结构，上下临接的两块EPS保温防火板通过双面三齿连接固定件连接，构成多保险的固定施工方式，加强了保温防火板之间的牢固性，使得整体保温结构更加经久耐用，保温防火板之间无需额外通过胶粘，经济环保。共同EPS保温防火板选用A2级，具备有机和无机保温材料的共同优点，克服它们共有缺点；不但适用高层外墙外保温，也适用多层、低层，在任何建筑保温层中间不必设置防火隔离带；不但用于面砖饰面，更适用于涂料饰面等优点。

一种采用EPS防火板的外墙保温结构，基层8与EPS保温防火板3通过胶粘剂7粘贴，上下临接的EPS保温防火板3通过双面三齿连接固定件4连接，双面三齿连接固定件4的单齿面通过铆钉5与基层8连接，在EPS保温防火板3外侧面复合有界面剂层2，并用锚栓6将EPS保温防火板3与基层8连接，在界面剂层2上复合有抹面层1。
