技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种锥型双螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
锥型双螺杆挤出机是塑料制造行业常用设备,如专利号为201110094947.X专利所公开的挤出机。
目前,整个挤出机行业内,对于锥型双螺杆挤出机的控制主要有两种。一、通过简单的电气电路控制挤出机主机、加料电机及牵引电机的启停和运行速度;通过温控表对主机机筒及模具进行温度控制调节。这种控制方式成本较低,但当生产速度要提升或下降时,其同步控制效果不佳,制品质量容易受到影响。二、通过可编程序逻辑控制器实现对挤出机主机、加料电机及牵引电机的启停和运行速度;同时利用自身的PID运算进行机筒、模具温度控制。这种控制方式成本相对较高,但能达到较好的同步控制效果。以上两种控制方式都是通过检测电机电流扭矩是否超出额定值对电机及螺杆进行保护。但由于锥型双螺杆挤出机主要用于PVC粉料挤出生产线。而PVC粉料存在下料不均、物料比重不同等各种原因易造成螺杆扭矩突变,容易造成管材产品厚薄不均匀;甚至电机还没达到额定扭矩,就造成螺杆断裂。这两种控制方式都不能很有效解决以上问题。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在至少在一定程度上解决上述问题之一。
本实用新型的明目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种锥型双螺杆挤出机,采用该锥型双螺杆挤出机,即能降低成本,又能保证比较好的产品效果。
为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案,一种锥型双螺杆挤出机,包括锥型双螺杆挤出机的主电机、加料电机及牵引电机,所述主电机、加料电机及牵引电机采用常规电气电路控制启停,还包括控制器,所述控制器将主电机电流突变转换为控制信号对主电机、加料电机及牵引电机进行控制,当主电机电流突然增大,偏离了设定的偏差值时,主电机速度减小,加料电机及牵引电机速度按比例减小;反之,当挤出主电机电流突然减小,偏离了设定的偏差值时,主电机速度增大,加料电机及牵引电机速度按比例增大。
具体的,所述控制器包括:
存储模块,用于存储设定的正常电流信号值、设定的电流偏差值;
采集模块,用于采集锥型双螺杆挤出机主电机的电流信号;
比较运算模块,用于比较采集到的电流信号与设定正常电流信号,得到电流偏差值;
控制模块,用于将电流偏差值转换为控制信号并对锥型双螺杆挤出机主电机、加料电机及牵引电机控制。
    本实用新型进一步改进在于,所述存储模块中还存储有扭矩突变停机值,当主电机的电流信号超过扭矩突变停机值时,所述主电机、加料电机及牵引电机停止转动。当电机电流超过设定扭矩突变停机值时,电机立即停车,以保护螺杆。
本方法通过检测锥型双螺杆挤出机主电机的电流突变,从而对其进行运算,运算后改变主电机、加料电机及牵引电机的速度,同时能使主电机保持在相同的扭矩下运行。从而解决下料不匀等各种引起主机电流变化的干扰问题。
本实用新型的有益效果
一、可自动控制主机螺杆电流,使螺杆保持较恒定的电流输出,并能按预设的电流同步调节主机、喂料及牵引的速度。使生产线在不改变制品质量的同时提高产量。
二、可控制正常生产时螺杆扭矩突变。扭矩突变超过设定范围立即停机保护螺杆。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
本实用新型所述的锥型双螺杆挤出机,包括锥型双螺杆挤出机的主电机、加料电机及牵引电机,所述主电机、加料电机及牵引电机采用常规电气电路控制启停,还包括控制器,所述控制器将主电机电流突变转换为控制信号对主电机、加料电机及牵引电机进行控制。
具体的,所述控制器包括:
存储模块,用于存储设定的正常电流信号值、设定的电流偏差值;
采集模块,用于采集锥型双螺杆挤出机主电机的电流信号;
比较运算模块,用于比较采集到的电流信号与设定正常电流信号,得到电流偏差值;
控制模块,用于将电流偏差值转换为控制信号并对锥型双螺杆挤出机主电机、加料电机及牵引电机控制。
    本实用新型进一步改进在于,所述存储模块中还存储有扭矩突变停机值,当主电机的电流信号超过扭矩突变停机值时,所述主电机、加料电机及牵引电机停止转动。
本实用新型选用低成本的温控表进行加热区温控及运用常规的电气电路控制挤出机主机、加料电机及牵引电机的启停,但电机速度则通过一个小型的可编程逻辑控制器一体机进行控制。这样不仅能达到好的控制效果而且成本较低,较容易在行业内进行推广。
参照图1所示,主电机启动、同步加速、同步减速、主电机加速、主电机减速、喂料电机加速、喂料电机减速、牵引电机加速分别与引脚X0-X7连接,牵引电机减速与引脚X10连接。喂料电机与串行通讯端口1(COM1)连接;主电机电流检测信号通过变送器转换后与控制器的输入端口连接,主电机的速度检测信号与另一输入端口连接,主动电机速度给定和牵引电机速度给定分别与控制器的两个输出端口连接。
图2为本实用新型的控制流程图。
具体控制方法如下:
S1、设定常规电流信号和电流偏差值;并将常规电流信号和电流偏差值存入存储模块。
S2、通过采集模块采集锥型双螺杆挤出机主电机的电流信号;
S3、通过将采集到电流信号与设定的正常电流信号比较,得到偏差电流;
S4、将偏差电流作为信号输出并控制锥型双螺杆挤出机的主电机、加料电机及牵引电机的转速;当挤出主电机电流突然增大,偏离了设定的电流偏差值时,主电机速度减小,加料电机及牵引电机速度按比例减小;反之,当挤出主电机电流突然减小,偏离了设定的偏差值时,主电机速度增大,加料电机及牵引电机速度按比例增大。
本实用新型所述的控制设备采用可编程逻辑控制器对挤出机主电机的电流信号进行采集,并将电流信号与设定的常规电流值进行比较,然后根据电流偏差信号进行数值运算,将来自调速器的扭矩反馈信号与目标电流给定值比较运算,经过运算其结果作为频率指令分别输出到挤出机主机、加料电机及牵引电机,进而改变其速度,控制量主电机扭矩也随着主电机的速度发生线性的变化,最终达到目标扭矩值。而加料电机和牵引电机跟随主电机的速度而变化,从而保证了制品的质量。即当挤出主电机电流(扭矩)突然增大,偏离了设定的偏差值时,主电机速度将会减小,使主电机输出扭矩减小,加料电机及牵引电机速度也会按比例减小;反之,当挤出主电机电流(扭矩)突然减小,偏离了设定的偏差值时,主电机速度将会增大,使主电机输出扭矩增大,加料电机及牵引电机速度也会按比例增大。当电机扭矩超过设定扭矩时,电机立即停车,以保护螺杆。同时可以通过设定主机增量值改变电机速度的加减速坡度。增量值越大,速度响应越快,如果过大,容易引起超调,电机波动大;但如果过小,主机螺杆保护反应可能会不及时。

1.一种锥型双螺杆挤出机,包括锥型双螺杆挤出机的主电机、加料电机及牵引电机,所述主电机、加料电机及牵引电机采用常规电气电路控制启停,其特征在于,还包括控制器,所述控制器将主电机电流突变转换为控制信号对主电机、加料电机及牵引电机进行控制, 所述控制器包括:
存储模块,用于存储设定的正常电流信号值、设定的电流偏差值;
采集模块,用于采集锥型双螺杆挤出机主电机的电流信号;
比较运算模块,用于比较采集到的电流信号与设定正常电流信号,得到电流偏差值;
控制模块,用于将电流偏差值转换为控制信号并对锥型双螺杆挤出机主电机、加料电机及牵引电机控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锥型双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于,所述存储模块中还存储有扭矩突变停机值,当主电机的电流信号超过扭矩突变停机值时,所述主电机、加料电机及牵引电机停止转动。
