本实用新型涉及一种螺旋缠绕型材高速挤出机定径装置,包括安装在挤出机上的机头及负压定径装置,其特征在于:所述负压定径装置由型腔、循环水套及负压吸风套构成,在型腔外部设置有循环水套,在循环水套的外部设置有负压吸风套,负压吸风套通过吸风微孔与型腔内连通。本螺旋缠绕型材高速挤出机定径装置,结构设计科学合理,其定径套由循环水套及负压吸风套构成,通过增加一个水冷***,在型材经高速率机头中挤出形状后,在定径套中冷却更加充分,确保型材结构形状不变形,从而提高螺旋缠绕型材上所制的锁扣之间压合间隙均匀,提高螺旋缠绕制得的新管的刚度及严密性。

技术领域
本实用新型属于管道修复技术领域,特别是一种螺旋缠绕型材高速挤出机定径装置。 
背景技术
目前,我国地下排水管道年久失修的状况十分普遍,由于地下排水管道破损而产生污水渗漏现象,严重污染了地下水资源,并造成局部地下水土流失产生空洞,严重的情况导致地面局部塌陷,给人民的生命带来很大的威胁。现在我国对地下排水管道的修复主要采用传统的开挖方式进行更换,既破坏环境又影响交通。我国采用在排水检查井中缠绕制作出新型塑料管道还处于空白。申请人研发出一种能够螺旋缠绕制成增强型管道的型材,此型材通过自身的锁扣设计螺旋压合形成管道,同时还需要与钢带进行配合,因此,对型材的形状稳定性对缠绕制管的质量尤为重要。 
传统的异型材均采用挤出机通过机头的模具后挤出成型,并通过冷却装置进行定径。但是,现有的异型材挤出机头冷却定径装置,冷却速度慢,达不到缠绕型材的生产要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种螺旋缠绕型材高速挤出机定径装置,其具有冷却速度快,保证型材形状精确稳定的优点。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种螺旋缠绕型材高速挤出机定径装置,包括安装在挤出机上的机头及负压定径装置,其特征在于:所述负压定径装置由型腔、循环水套及负压吸风套构成,在型腔外部设置有循环水套,在循环水套的外部设置有负压吸风套,负压吸风套通过吸风微孔与型腔内连通。 
而且,所述的循环水套为间隔设置在型腔外的3-5个,各循环水套均设置有循环水进口及循环水出口。 
本实用新型的优点和有益效果为: 
本螺旋缠绕型材高速挤出机定径装置,结构设计科学合理,其定径套由循环水套及负压吸风套构成,通过增加一个水冷***,在型材经高速率机头中挤出形状后,在定径套中冷却更加充分,确保型材结构形状不变形,从而提高螺旋缠绕型材上所制的锁扣之间压合间隙均匀,提高螺旋缠绕制得的新管的刚度及严密性。

一种螺旋缠绕型材高速挤出机定径装置,包括安装在挤出机上的机头9及负压定径装置,其中,负压定径装置由型腔7、循环水套3及负压吸风套1构成,型腔是由两半式的模具通过螺栓5固装而成。在型腔外部设置有循环水套,循环水套为间隔设置在型腔外的3-5个,各循环水套均设置有循环水进口2及循环水出口6。循环水套与外部的循环水***连接。在循环水套的外部设置有负压吸风套,负压吸风套通过吸风微孔4与型腔内连通。吸风微孔位于相邻的循环水套之间的位置。 
本实用新型的工作原理为: 
本螺旋缠绕型材高速挤出机定径装置,型材8经挤出机的机头部分挤出后,牵引进入至定径装置的型腔内,在负压作用下吸附于型腔内壁上,同时在循环水套作用下,冷却定型。

1.一种螺旋缠绕型材高速挤出机定径装置,包括安装在挤出机上的机头及负压定径装置,其特征在于:所述负压定径装置由型腔、循环水套及负压吸风套构成,在型腔外部设置有循环水套,在循环水套的外部设置有负压吸风套,负压吸风套通过吸风微孔与型腔内连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋缠绕型材高速挤出机定径装置,其特征在于:所述的循环水套为间隔设置在型腔外的3-5个,各循环水套均设置有循环水进口及循环水出口。
