背景技术
在生产制造过程中难免会遇到许多需要冲出整排孔的加工工序，而传统的冲孔机只能冲出单个的孔，其生产效率低。因此，有必要研发一种生产效率高的，可同时冲出整排孔的冲孔机。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种生产效率高的排冲机。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案：一种排冲机，包括有冲压机，其特征在于：所述冲压机的上滑座固定一横梁，横梁沿长度方向布设固定有若干冲头，冲压机的下座固定有若干对应每一个冲头的下模，下模形成有呈U形延伸在上方的用于滑动套装冲头的导向座。
采用本实用新型所带来的有益效果：由于本实用新型排冲机设有成排的冲孔模具，可一次在工件上同时冲出整排的孔，生产效率高，加工速度快。

如图1、2所示，一种排冲机，包括有冲压机1，所述冲压机1的上滑座11固定一横梁2，横梁2沿长度方向布设固定有若干冲头3，冲压机1的下座12固定有若干对应每一个冲头3的下模4，下模4形成有呈U形延伸在上方的用于滑动套装冲3头的导向座41。
