背景技术
这种类型的气动弹簧本身是已知的并且主要用于商用车辆中,而且越来越多地用于拖车中。在此,该气动弹簧的加载通常是压缩加载,其结果是该锥形件压配合连接提供了极大的安全性。 
然而,如果发生明显的回弹,尤其是在拖车的加载过程中的明显的回弹可以发生在例如铁路货车上,该锥形件压配合连接也遭受拉伸载荷。在此在不利情况下会发生锥形件压配合连接的释放。 
DE1285792B公开了这种类型的气动弹簧,在这种气动弹簧中这种缺点是通过拧接在其上的多个紧固盘来抵消的。然而,如果必须使用多个盘,则这个提案在某种程度上需要复杂的组装。其次,锥形件压配合连接相对应地仅被紧固在单个点处,这在拉伸载荷情况下仍允许锥形件压配合连接的局部释放。

发明内容
本发明所基于的目的是在分离的力的情况下改善描绘类型的气动弹簧中的锥形件压配合连接的安全性。 
这个目的是借助以下事实来实现的:该滚动活塞具有一个环形凹槽,该环形凹槽被安排成与其分配给该锥形座的第一端间隔开,其方式为使得它进入处于该滚动活塞的第一端与该滚动活塞的锥形座之间,并且该气动弹簧具有一个带有空隙的锁定环,在将该滚动气囊安装在该锥形座上之后该锁定环可以被夹入该凹槽之中,而该滚动气囊的加强内芯件、锥形珠缘进入处于该锁定环与该支撑肩台之间并且由该锁定环防止其从该滚动活塞的锥形座上滑脱。 
可以说,带有空隙的锁定环作为一个开口弹簧圈起作用并将该锥形件压配合连接紧固以防无意识的释放。用于将滚动气囊从滚动活塞上释放的分离力在具有安装的锁定环的情况下明显增加。在具有相应配置的装置的情况下,该环的安装是非常简单的并且可以与将气囊珠缘推到锥形座上发生在同一个工序中。而不要求另外的工序或该装置的旋转运动。

具体实施方式
图1示出了滚动活塞1的基本图示中的纵向截面。滚动活塞1具有一个锥形座2和一个用于滚动气囊的支撑肩台2(在此未示出)。 
图2通过部分纵向截面示出了具有支撑肩台3的锥形座2,该支撑肩台具有一个已经安装了并且由弹性材料制成的滚动气囊4。在所示的位置中,滚动气囊4完全延伸,其结果是它未被支撑在支撑肩台3上。在其被分配给滚动活塞1的端部处,滚动气囊4具有一个通过金属内芯件6加强的珠缘5。珠缘5具有一个与锥形座2相对应的开口并且具有一个锥形密封表面7。由于该弹性材料和内芯件6的弹性,密封表面7与锥形座2的同样的锥形座表面8形成了一种连接,这种连接通过气密方式密封。 
此外,锥形座2具有一个旋压与安装区域9。该区域在珠缘5被压在锥形座2上时用作一种安装辅助。 
该旋压与安装区域9通过一个闭锁凸耳10径向地伸向外部,其方式为使得闭锁凸耳10的外径略大于锥形密封表面7的最小直径。这确保在组装过程中珠缘5不会无意地从锥形区域2中滑脱。然而,由于闭锁凸耳10与密封表面7之间的直径差可能仅仅比较小,闭锁凸耳10的固持力较低,以便防止在组装过程中该密封表面7的损坏。 
锥形区域2因此在该旋压与安装区域9的闭锁凸耳10与座表面8之间具有一个环形凹槽11,一个环形锁定环12接合在环形凹槽11中。锁定环12由弹性金属材料配置并且通过在此未示出的一点处的空隙而分开。其结果是,锁定环12可以被加宽,并且能够以类似于开口弹簧圈的方式经由该旋压与安装区域9和闭锁凸耳10而夹在环形凹槽11中。锁定环12具有一个相对于闭锁凸耳10相当大地增加的外径。滚动气囊4的珠缘5因此被固定在锁定环12与支撑肩台3之间并且被紧固以防从座表面8上脱离。 
在图3中,通过放大的细节再次更详细地说明了直径比例。锁定环12的外径14比该闭锁凸耳10的外径大得多并且因此也比该珠缘5的锥形密封表面7的内径16大得多。 
图4示出了滚动气囊从锥形座上分离力的图解性力-位移特征曲线。虚曲线17示出了在没有锁定环的分离力F对分离高度S的特征曲线,而连续曲线18示出了具有锁定环的分离力。根据曲线18的分离力F达到了相对较高的值;根据具有锁定环的曲线18还可以看出对应于气动弹簧的回弹行程的分离高度是相对较高的。因此无疑地改善了防止滚动气囊从滚动活塞的锥形座上脱下的安全性。 

Claims (1)

1.一种气动弹簧,具有:
一个滚动气囊(4),该滚动气囊具有一个形成为锥形的开口,该开口具有由一个内芯件(6)加强的一个珠缘(5),以及
一个滚动活塞(1),该滚动活塞具有一个锥形座(2)和用于该滚动气囊(4)的一个支撑肩台(3),
在安装的状态下,该滚动气囊(4)借助其分配给该滚动活塞(1)的端部通过一种锥形压配合连接以一种气密方式连接在该滚动活塞(1)的锥形座(2)上,并且在该气动弹簧的压缩状态下,该滚动气囊(4)相对于该滚动活塞(1)被支撑在该支撑肩台(3)上,
其特征在于,
该滚动活塞(1)具有一个环形凹槽(11),该环形凹槽被安排成与其分配给该锥形座(2)的第一端间隔开,其方式为使得它进入处于该滚动活塞(1)的第一端与该滚动活塞(1)的锥形座(2)之间,并且该气动弹簧具有一个带有空隙的锁定环(12),在将该滚动气囊(4)安装在该锥形座(2)上之后该锁定环(12)可以被夹入该凹槽(11)之中,而该滚动气囊(4)的加强内芯件、锥形珠缘(5)进入处于该锁定环(12)与该支撑肩台(3)之间并且由该锁定环(12)防止其从该滚动活塞(1)的锥形座(2)上滑脱。
