一种深沟球轴承用实体保持架,由保持盖架和保持架座通过铆钉连接构成;保持架沿周向等距离开设有多个圆柱形兜孔,其特征在于:保持架截面为长方形,圆柱形兜孔的底端开设有梯形凹槽,梯形凹槽的两侧斜边与梯形凹槽的底边夹角为45度,梯形凹槽的底边长度与对应的深沟球轴承的内圈的滚道相适应,梯形凹槽的高度为保持架截面宽度的四分之一。本实用新型通过降低保持架重量而实现减小深沟球轴承整体重量,在不减小保持架强度的前提下减少了黄铜的使用量从而降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承配件,具体是一种深沟球轴承实体保持架。
背景技术
目前深沟球轴承使用的黄铜实体保持器,体积大,重量高,这就大大的增加了黄铜材料的使用量,从而增加了保持器成本。保持器兜孔接触面为桶状,与钢球接触为点接触,在保持器强度足够的情况下浪费了黄铜的使用量,提高了轴承的制造成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,是提供一种深沟球轴承用实体保持架,本实用新型通过降低保持架重量而实现减小深沟球轴承整体重量,在不减小保持架强度的前提下减少了黄铜的使用量从而降低了生产成本。
本实用新型的目的,是通过如下技术方案实现:
一种深沟球轴承用实体保持架,保持架盖和保持架座为分离式实体结构。保持架盖和保持架座通过铆钉连接成一整体结构。保持架沿周向等距离开设有多个圆柱形兜孔,圆柱形兜孔径向贯穿保持架。也就是说保持架盖和保持架座各有相配合的一半圆柱形兜孔。其特征在于:
保持架截面为长方形,圆柱形兜孔的底端开设有梯形凹槽,梯形凹槽的两侧斜边与梯形凹槽的底边夹角为45度,梯形凹槽的底边长度与对应的深沟球轴承的内圈的滚道相适应,梯形凹槽的高度为保持架截面宽度的四分之一。
本实用新型由于梯形槽的存在,大大降低了黄铜材料的使用量从而降低了生产成本。另外保持架的圆柱形兜孔与钢球接触点仍在接触面中心偏上,同时保持架内径与内圈外径有微量间隙仍具有保持器内圈引导的优势。梯形槽两侧斜边与底边呈45度夹角,降低了保持架车加工此梯形槽的难度。因此可以说该保持架在保证原有的强度和作用下节省了黄铜的用量降低了成本。根据实际加工计算,约节省黄铜使用量近四分之一。由于黄铜实体保持器的深沟球轴承使用量大,因此更能体现出降低成本的优势。

具体实施方式
一种深沟球轴承用实体保持架,由保持盖架8和保持架座9通过铆钉6连接构成。保持架沿周向等距离开设有多个圆柱形兜孔1,其特征在于:保持架截面为长方形,圆柱形兜孔1的底端开设有梯形凹槽2,梯形凹槽2的两侧斜边4与梯形凹槽2的底边3夹角为45度,梯形凹槽2的底边3长度与对应的深沟球轴承的内圈7的滚道相适应,梯形凹槽2的高度5为保持架截面宽度的四分之一。
上述梯形凹槽2位于保持架盖8和保持架座9通过铆钉6连接后的横截面内径中心处。

1.一种深沟球轴承用实体保持架,由保持盖架(8)和保持架座(9)通过铆钉(6)连接构成;保持架沿周向等距离开设有多个圆柱形兜孔(1),其特征在于:保持架截面为长方形,圆柱形兜孔(1)的底端开设有梯形凹槽(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种深沟球轴承用实体保持架,其特征在于:梯形凹槽(2)的两侧斜边(4)与梯形凹槽(2)的底边(3)夹角为45度,梯形凹槽(2)的底边(3)长度与对应的深沟球轴承的内圈(7)的滚道相适应,梯形凹槽(2)的高度(5)为保持架截面宽度的四分之一。
