Abstract

本实用新型涉及的是一种具有激光钻头的钻井装置,这种具有激光钻头的钻井装置包括激光驱动器、激光发生器、激光钻头,激光驱动器、激光发生器全部位于钻杆内,激光驱动器与激光发生器通过电缆连接,激光发生器与激光钻头通过纤维光缆连接;激光钻头由激光头、三牙轮钻头或PDC钻头、快门组成,激光头镶嵌于三牙轮钻头或PDC钻头的内部轴心中空处,快门设置于三牙轮钻头底部,快门垂直于激光头。本实用新型可以大大减少钻头磨损,延长钻具寿命。

一种具有激光钻头的钻井装置
技术领域: 
本实用新型涉及的是石油天然气工程领域中的钻井装置,具体涉及的是一种具有激光钻头的钻井装置。
背景技术: 
随着钻井深度要求的提高以及钻遇地层复杂性的增加,现有的岩石破碎技术越来越不能满足钻井需求。岩石破碎技术是指通过破岩工具的旋转、冲击、剪切等运动方式实现岩石破碎。这些破岩方法在破碎地层岩石并获得一定机械钻速的过程中,会发生工具的自身磨损,造成大量的工具消耗。在1000m以下的深部地层,尤其是遇到特殊的高研磨、高可钻性地层,工具的消耗量十分巨大。工具成本往往会占钻井成本的10%以上。
在本发明做出之前,常用牙轮钻头、刮刀钻头以及PDC钻头作为破岩工具,但每种钻头都有其使用范围的限制:牙轮钻头可用于软到硬质地层,但破岩效率不高;刮刀钻头适用于软到中硬地层,钻遇较硬地层或软硬交错夹层时,钻头吃入困难,钻井效率低;PDC钻头钻进硬度大、研磨性高地层时会出现切削齿脱落,脱层,断齿,碎裂等问题。常用钻头发生的磨损及失效缩短了钻具寿命,极大的增加了钻井成本,延长了钻井周期。 
发明内容: 
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有激光钻头的钻井装置,它用于解决常规钻井成本高、钻具寿命短的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:这种具有激光钻头的钻井装置包括激光驱动器、激光发生器、激光钻头,激光驱动器、激光发生器全部位于钻杆内,激光驱动器与激光发生器通过电缆连接,激光发生器与激光钻头通过纤维光缆连接;激光钻头由激光头、三牙轮钻头或PDC钻头、快门组成,激光头镶嵌于三牙轮钻头或PDC钻头的内部轴心中空处,快门设置于三牙轮钻头底部,快门垂直于激光头。 
上述方案中激光驱动器是井下马达,用于驱动激光发生器工作。 
上述方案中激光发生器为激光发生管,用于产生破岩所需的激光束,需使用高功率激光发生管。 
本实用新型具有以下有益效果: 
1、本实用新型可以大大减少钻头磨损,延长钻具寿命。
本实用新型使得钻头原有单纯机械破岩的工作形式转变成以激光高温熔化岩石为主,钻头机械破岩为辅。无论钻遇地层岩性如何,均可达到轻松破碎的目的,消除了牙轮钻头和PDC钻头磨损失效的问题,并且同一个激光发生装置可以重复利用,延长了钻具的使用寿命。 
2、本实用新型可以减少起下钻的次数,显著提高机械钻速,减少钻井成本。 
本实用新型延长了钻头的使用寿命,在无特殊情况发生的条件下,可以应用于整口井的作业,大大减少了起下钻的次数。同时,激光钻头高温熔化岩石比常规钻头破碎研磨性高,塑性强,硬度高地层效率明显提高,显著提高机械钻速,从而减少钻井成本。 
3、本实用新型可适应于各种岩性地层,各种井型,应用广泛。 
本实用新型主要以高温熔化岩石为主,常规钻头主要起辅助作用,因此对各种岩性地层均适用,无需因为岩性而对钻头有较高要求。同时,本实用新型结构简单,可适用于水平、垂直井、定向井等各种井型的钻进。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明: 
如图1所示,这种具有激光钻头的钻井装置包括激光驱动器1、激光发生器3、激光钻6头,激光驱动器1、激光发生器3全部位于钻杆5内,激光驱动器1与激光发生器3通过电缆2连接,电缆2用于向激光发生器3传递电信号;激光发生器3与激光钻头6通过纤维光缆4连接,纤维光缆4用于传递激光光束,控制能量,传输信息;激光驱动器1是井下马达,激光发生器3为激光发生管。参阅图2,激光钻头6由激光头7、三牙轮钻头8或PDC钻头、快门9组成,激光头7镶嵌于三牙轮钻头8或PDC钻头的内部轴心中空处,快门9设置于三牙轮钻头8底部,快门9垂直于激光头7。快门9是为保护激光头7而设计的,将其放置在激光钻头6底部,材料与激光钻头6相同即可。
本实用新型工作流程具体为: 
通过外部供电设备接通井下马达,井下马达通过井下电缆2为激光发生管提供电信号,驱动激光发生管放射光子,产生激光束。井下马达采用现今广泛应用于地质导向或垂直钻井中的类型,要求输出功率能达到1000W以上,以满足激光发生管正常工作要求。激光发生管为二极管激光器,足够小巧,可以将整个激光机械放入井下钻杆内。激光束通过纤维光缆4传递给激光钻头6中的激光头7上。
激光头7是激光束作用在岩石11上的输出口。激光头7将接收到的光子通过透镜组调整放射激光,通过位于激光钻头6上的快门9直接作用于井底岩石11。在不使用激光头7时,如起下钻过程中,快门9关闭,它可阻止岩屑流体进入激光头7,也可防止回压或溢流破坏激光头7。钻井时,快门9开启,通过激光头7输出的光束再通过快门9作用于井底岩石11,实现激光钻头6的破岩作用。最后,激光钻头6上的吸管即钻头水眼10将已钻区的颗粒清理,通过钻井液循环至井外。

1.一种具有激光钻头的钻井装置,其特征在于:这种具有激光钻头的钻井装置包括激光驱动器(1)、激光发生器(3)、激光钻头(6),激光驱动器(1)、激光发生器(3)全部位于钻杆(5)内,激光驱动器(1)与激光发生器(3)通过电缆(2)连接,激光发生器(3)与激光钻头(6)通过纤维光缆(4)连接;激光钻头(6)由激光头(7)、三牙轮钻头(8)或PDC钻头、快门(9)组成,激光头(7)镶嵌于三牙轮钻头(8)或PDC钻头的内部轴心中空处,快门(9)设置于三牙轮钻头(8)底部,快门(9)垂直于激光头(7)。
2.根据权利要求2所述的具有激光钻头的钻井装置,其特征在于:所述的激光驱动器(1)是井下马达。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有激光钻头的钻井装置,其特征在于:所述的激光发生器(3)为激光发生管。
