生产设备防断电、晃电的自控转换电源
技术领域:
本实用新型属于一种不间断供电电源。 
背景技术:
化工企业的连续生产装置的供电稳定性至关重要。在正常生产中,如果突然掉电会使连续生产立即停止,从而带来重大经济损失和人身安全事故。为了防止此类事故发生,都为自控***配备不间断供电电源(UPS)。这种配备一般为单机运行,一旦正常供电发生断电、晃电,UPS会自动供电。然而UPS运行时间长了也会发生电子元器件老化,整流、逆变模块损坏等故障。这些故障导致自动***掉电,短时间内无法恢复,同样会带来无法估计的损失。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种生产设备防断电、晃电的自控转换电源,当电源电压失压/缺相、欠压、过压时自动转换为备用电源。为了实现这一目的,采用了这样的技术方案:生产设备防断电、晃电的自控转换电源,由生产车间的UPS和公用热备的UPS组成。A车间的UPS电源连接双电源自动转换开关K1的主输入端,B车间UPS电源连接双电源自动转换开关K2的主输入端;公用热备UPS电源同时连接K1的从输入端和K2的从输入端;K1的输出端连接A车间的生产设备负载,K2的输出端连接B车间的生产设备负载;热备UPS同时持续为A、B车间电气控制二次回路提供稳定供电。 
生产设备防断电、晃电的自控转换电源采用公用热备UPS的设计,由双电源自动转换开关实现主从UPS供电的自动转换,防止了电网晃电对设备产生的不良影响,晃电是指电网电压瞬时跌落时间在1.5秒之内,又恢复正常的现象,在电压跌落时会使电气控制二次回路中交流接触器 线圈失电导致电机停运,而使用UPS会一直为二次回路提供稳定电源,有效的防止了电网晃电对设备产生的不良影,高质量地输出电源,有极好的故障隔离功能和抗超载、抗短路能力。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图作进一步的说明。 
生产设备防断电、晃电的自控转换电源,由生产车间的UPS和公用热备的UPS组成。如图1所示,生产车间的UPS,是在电网供电状态下经整流成为直流,对电池充电,再逆变为交流向负载供电。一旦发生断电、晃电,可转换成电池供电,使供电连续和稳定。为防止UPS单机运行时因自身故障造成的停电问题所设计的生产设备防断电、晃电的自控转换电源,其结构原理如图2所示。A车间的UPS电源连接K1双电源自动转换开关的主输入端,B车间UPS电源连接K2双电源自动转换开关的主输入端;公用热备UPS电源同时连接K1的从输入端和K2的从输入端;K1的输出端连接A车间的生产设备负载,K2的输出端连接B车间的生产设备负载;热备UPS同时还连接A、B车间电气控制二次回路。在正常供电状态下,车间的UPS各自给其负载供电。一旦有一个或两个车间发生主UPS故障断电,公用热备UPS就可以通过双电源自动转换开关自动切换为供电电源。当发生供电故障的车间UPS修复投运后,双电源自动转换开关又会自动转换到车间主UPS供电,从而实现UPS热备的自动切换。热备UPS在选型时要考虑所带负载的容量。根据其容量大小确定其公用热备的范围。在A、B车间主UPS无故障时,热备UPS处于空载状态,只为A、B车间电气控制二次回路提供电源。

1.生产设备防断电、晃电的自控转换电源,由生产车间的UPS和公用热备的UPS组成,其特征是:A车间的UPS电源连接双电源自动转换开关K1的主输入端,B车间UPS电源连接双电源自动转换开关K2的主输入端;公用热备UPS电源同时连接K1的从输入端和K2的从输入端;K1的输出端连接A车间的生产设备负载,K2的输出端连接B车间的生产设备负载;热备UPS同时连接A、B车间电气控制二次回路。
