本实用新型涉及供电设备机领域，具体讲是一种带加强筋的配电箱箱门。
背景技术
配电箱是用于集中安装开关、仪表等设备的成套装置。目前配电箱箱门包括门板和设在门板四周的边框，所述其中一侧边框设有两个与箱门铰接的铰链，由于门板的厚度较薄，其强度较差，长期使用，容易变形，而无法箱体闭合。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是，提供一种强度好、不易变形的带加强筋的配电箱箱门。
本实用新型的技术方案是，提供一种具有以下结构的带加强筋的配电箱箱门，包括门板和设在门板四周的边框，所述其中一侧边框设有两个与箱门铰接的铰链，所述门板的内侧面设有两根加强筋，所述两根加强筋分别位于门板对角线上。
所述加强筋的两侧分别设有折弯部分，且折弯部分的横截面呈L型。
所述加强筋的折弯角处均设有圆角。
采用以上结构后，本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：由于所述门板的内侧面设有两根加强筋，所述两根加强筋分别位于门板对角线上，这样能增加箱门的强度，长期使用，使箱门不易变形，保证与箱体闭合。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型的带加强筋的配电箱箱门，包括门板1和设在门板1四周的边框2，所述其中一侧边框2设有两个与箱门铰接的铰链3，所述门板1的内侧面设有两根加强筋4，所述两根加强筋4分别位于门板1对角线上，其加强筋4的长度短于门板1对角线的长度。
所述加强筋4的两侧分别设有折弯部分4.1，且折弯部分4.1的横截面呈L型。
所述加强筋4的折弯角处均设有圆角，圆角的半径为5mm。

1.一种带加强筋的配电箱箱门，包括门板（1）和设在门板（1）四周的边框（2），所述其中一侧边框（2）设有两个与箱门铰接的铰链（3），其特征在于：所述门板（1）的内侧面设有两根加强筋（4），所述两根加强筋（4）分别位于门板（1）对角线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带加强筋的配电箱箱门，其特征在于：所述加强筋（4）的两侧分别设有折弯部分（4.1），且折弯部分（4.1）的横截面呈L型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带加强筋的配电箱箱门，其特征在于：所述加强筋（4）的折弯角处均设有圆角。
