一种带有气囊的腹股部血液透析临时置管固定带，涉及一种医用固定带，包括气囊袋，气囊袋内部放置有充气气囊，气囊袋上部的两侧对称设置有腰部固定带，气囊袋下部的两侧对称设置有腿部固定带Ⅰ和腿部固定带Ⅱ，所述腰部固定带、腿部固定带Ⅰ和腿部固定带Ⅱ上均设置有配合扣。本实用新型可以对患者股静脉临时置管进行牢靠固定，不易发生脱管现象，而且便于患者活动，同时固定带上设置有气囊，可进一步减少患者术口处渗血、皮肤水肿等并发症的发生。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医用固定带，具体为一种带有气囊的腹股部血液透析临时置管固定带。
背景技术
血液透析能够顺利进行的关键是要有良好的血路通道，目前中心静脉置管已成为临床上建立血管通路的重要方法，中心静脉置管的置管途径主要有颈内静脉、股静脉和锁骨下静脉。在完成股静脉置管后，通常是用胶布将留在体外的导管进行固定，但是在患者完成置管后的护理期间，需要经常更换穿刺部位的敷料和观察局部是否有肿胀、渗血等异常情况，这就需要经常去除固定导管的胶布，由于胶布本身是靠其粘结力固定导管的，所以在胶布的去除中很容易误将导管拔出，而且采用胶布固定导管，固定不便且不牢靠，导管易发生滑脱，另外胶布本身也会对皮肤产生刺激，易发生感染，而且普通胶布结构单一，对于穿刺后术口的渗血、皮肤水肿等并发症没有好的缓解作用，这些最终都会影响透析的顺利进行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种带有气囊的腹股部血液透析临时置管固定带，不仅对患者股静脉置管有好的固定效果，而且有助于减轻穿刺后术口的渗血、皮肤水肿等并发症。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种带有气囊的腹股部血液透析临时置管固定带，包括气囊袋，气囊袋内部放置有充气气囊，气囊袋上部的两侧对称设置有腰部固定带，气囊袋下部的两侧对称设置有腿部固定带Ⅰ和腿部固定带Ⅱ，所述腰部固定带、腿部固定带Ⅰ和腿部固定带Ⅱ上均设置有配合扣。
所述气囊袋的上端设有开口。
所述腰部固定带上还设有松紧调节扣。
有益效果：本实用新型通过腰部固定带和两个腿部固定带可以对患者股静脉临时置管进行牢靠固定，不易发生脱管现象，而且便于患者活动，同时固定带上设置有气囊，可进一步减少患者术口处渗血、皮肤水肿等并发症的发生。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
一种带有气囊的腹股部血液透析临时置管固定带，包括气囊袋1，气囊袋1的上端设有开口，气囊袋1内部放置有充气气囊，气囊袋1上部的两侧对称设置有腰部固定带2，气囊袋1下部的两侧对称设置有腿部固定带Ⅰ3和腿部固定带Ⅱ4，所述腰部固定带2、腿部固定带Ⅰ3和腿部固定带Ⅱ4上均设置有配合扣5，配合扣5将气囊袋1两侧的腰部固定带2环绕扣合在患者的腰部，气囊袋1两侧的腿部固定带Ⅰ3通过其上面的另一个配合扣5环绕扣合在患者的一个大腿根部，腿部固定带Ⅱ4环绕扣合在患者的另一个大腿根部，从而实现股静脉临时置管的牢靠固定，气囊袋1盖在患者穿刺处，气囊袋1内部的充气气囊对穿刺处产生一定的压迫，用于减少穿刺处渗血、皮肤水肿等并发症的发生。本实用新型也可将气囊袋1和其内部的充气气囊进一步结合形成一个可充气的气袋，气袋上设置充气口，同样可以起到上述作用。
所述腰部固定带2上还设有松紧调节扣，用于根据患者需要调节腰部固定带2的松紧。

1.一种带有气囊的腹股部血液透析临时置管固定带，其特征在于：包括气囊袋（1），气囊袋（1）内部放置有充气气囊，气囊袋（1）上部的两侧对称设置有腰部固定带（2），气囊袋（1）下部的两侧对称设置有腿部固定带Ⅰ（3）和腿部固定带Ⅱ（4），所述腰部固定带（2）、腿部固定带Ⅰ（3）和腿部固定带Ⅱ（4）上均设置有配合扣（5）。
