本实用新型涉及一种承载构件,具体是通用于阁楼或平台面的楼面板。
背景技术
楼面板是通用于阁楼或平台面的构件,采用冷轧工艺制作,具有承载货物重量,分散集中载荷,保持楼面平整美观等用途。
现有楼面板在使用过程中存在的问题和缺点:楼面板表面孔型为不带卷边圆孔或长孔,在某块楼面板承受较大集中载荷时,由于该块楼面板横截面尺寸过大,容易出现塌陷,楼面板刚性较差;楼面板两端头没有封头,切口处刚性不足,易变形,美观性差,不便于使用。
因此,需要一种新的技术方案以解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术所存在的问题和不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种提高承载能力的新型楼面板。
为实现上述目的,该新型楼面板可采用如下技术方案:
一种新型楼面板,包括楼面板主体、自楼面板主体前侧弯折形成的前折弯部、自楼面板主体后侧弯折形成的后折弯部、自楼面板主体两侧弯折形成的封头,所述前折弯部上设有向外突出的榫头,后折弯部设有向内凹陷的榫槽,封头上设有安装孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比:通过榫头、榫槽及封头的设计,在楼面板主体的四周均有定位及提高刚性的作用,能够在提高楼面板承载能力的同时降低原材料的料宽及厚度。

请结合图1及图2所示,本实用新型公开一种新型楼面板100,包括楼面板主体20、自楼面板主体20前侧弯折形成的前折弯部30、自楼面板主体20后侧弯折形成的后折弯部40、自楼面板主体20两侧弯折形成的封头50。所述前折弯部30上设有向外突出的榫头31,后折弯部40设有向内凹陷的榫槽41,封头50上设有安装孔51。所述楼面板主体20上设有若干卷边腰孔21和凸点22。
请结合图2及图3所示,当所述数个新型楼面板100连接成一体时,所述前后相邻两个新型楼面板的榫头31及榫槽41相互卡扣拼接,能够限制相邻两块楼面板相对位置的作用,通过榫头31和榫槽41定位,拼接后的楼面板平整度更好。而两侧相邻的两个新型楼面板通过侧面的封头50相连,封头50的安装孔51可以通过螺栓连接。通过封头50的连接,拼接后的楼面板的间隙更小,切口拼接处的刚性更高。

1.一种新型楼面板,其特征在于:包括楼面板主体、自楼面板主体前侧弯折形成的前折弯部、自楼面板主体后侧弯折形成的后折弯部、自楼面板主体两侧弯折形成的封头,所述前折弯部上设有向外突出的榫头,后折弯部设有向内凹陷的榫槽,封头上设有安装孔。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型楼面板,其特征在于:所述楼面板主体上设有若干卷边腰孔和凸点。
