Abstract

“插装式组合螺钉旋具”是一种电工用螺钉旋具。该旋具的旋杆上部为矩形或多边形,与绝缘手柄前端的孔形尺寸相配合,***旋杆依靠手柄内嵌装着的永磁钢块吸住,从而插拔更换方便,传递扭力大。还附有永磁套筒,可套固在旋杆前端,吸住螺钉,给一字槽螺钉自定位。手柄上仍可装试电装置。本实用新型结构简单,制造、使用方便。

Description

本发明涉及一种电工用螺钉旋具。
已有市售组合式螺钉旋具;由旋杆、夹套及绝缘手柄构成。一般在绝缘手柄轴心配装测电试验部分,旋杆头部一般经热处理增加硬度。旋杆尾部有二条或多条顺轴向凸筋,用来传递扭力矩,它与绝缘手柄头部的金属夹套相连。该金属夹套是一段金属管,管壁***有螺纹,顺轴向开有若干条槽,用作旋杆装拆涨合变形和传递扭力矩用,依靠管外螺母锁紧旋杆。
这种旋具,金属螺母裸露在手柄前端,使用中易碰手指,带来触电的危险,不安全,从而金属夹套做得尺寸很小,在实际使用中一般均因金属夹套承受不住扭力矩而率先损坏导致全套旋具报废。同时,这种旋具更换旋杆时要松紧两次螺母,旋杆的作用单一,只传递扭力矩。在壁上或房顶板向上作业时,常丢落螺钉。对一字形螺钉还会使旋杆滑出一字槽。故使用不方便。
鉴于上述已有技术存在的问题,本发明的任务是提出一种换杆方便迅速,抗扭力矩大,具有吸住螺钉装置的插装式组合螺钉旋具。
本发明任务的技术解决方案是:采用上部为矩形或多边形,下部为圆柱体的旋杆,旋杆伸出手柄部分杆身仍为圆柱形,***手柄部分为矩形或多边形,绝缘手柄内有配合旋杆矩形或多边形横截面积的金属夹套,夹套上部有一只内孔为矩形或多边形的永磁套环,旋杆***手柄,即由永磁套环吸住,不致于脱落出手柄。当需要更换旋杆时,用手力一拔即出。
手柄内测电试验部分仍按装在手柄中心轴上。所有旋杆上部都可套上永磁套筒。
由于本发明是把旋杆***矩形或多边形的金属夹套筒内,***旋杆即被永磁铁环吸住,不必用螺母来机械紧固,所以,使手柄中的金属夹套筒与旋杆的扭力矩传递大幅度地提高,更换和使用十分方便牢固耐久。
旋具上尚可配永磁套筒,这样在作业时只要旋杆上套上,就可防止螺钉丢落,碰到一字形的螺钉槽亦不会导致旋杆头滑出。
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
图1是整体结构的剖视图。
参照图1的插装式组合螺钉旋具。在手柄1内部有一个内孔的矩形或多边形的金属夹套上端与永磁钢块4紧靠,金属套的矩形或多边形内孔与旋杆2的矩形或多边形上端相配合。手柄轴中心仍可安装试电装置,(图中8为绝缘体,7为氖管,6为弹簧,5为螺丝帽盖。
永磁套筒由衬套9和永磁钢螺帽10及永磁套11组成,衬套由钢铁金属制成,上端有螺纹并有轴向涨合槽,永磁钢螺帽旋紧时可将衬套紧固在旋杆2上,永磁套可以在衬套***自由滑动,由于永磁钢螺帽与永磁套之间产生磁推力,永磁套总是置于衬套最末端,旋具工作时,永磁套则起着弹性力的作用,当旋具需要操作前可将铁螺钉置于旋杆顶端,依靠永磁套吸住或者当螺钉旋出时,永磁套亦可吸住螺钉,不会使螺钉丢落地上。
本发明可应用于各种组合式电工旋具上亦可应用在各种机械电气设备仪器的专用工具上。

Claims (3)

1、一种插装式组合螺钉旋具,在绝缘手柄[1]内嵌装着金属夹套[3]和永磁钢块[4],其特征在于金属夹套[3]具有矩形或多边形的内孔和上部与永磁钢块[4]相连接。内孔与旋杆[2]相配合。旋杆顶端可以配装永磁套筒[9、10、11]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的插装式组合螺钉旋具,其特征在于所说的旋杆〔2〕是由上部为矩形或多边形下部为园柱体所组成。矩形体的大小尺寸与金属夹套〔3〕的矩形内孔尺寸相配合。
3、根据权利要求1所述的插装式组合螺钉旋具,其特征在于所说的永磁套筒〔9、10、11〕,由金属衬套〔9〕和永磁螺帽〔10〕及永磁套〔11〕组成。
