背景技术
冷冲压零件在弯曲过程中，由于定位不准确，造成大量的不良品和废品。如一单品零件的加工过程由落片、冲孔、一次折弯、二次折弯、三次折弯，五道工序完成。二次折弯时，如图1所示，代加工件（4）A点位置尺寸是弯曲后形成的尺寸，是一个变化值，不可能使用固定的定位装置控制，无法保证在冲压过程中零件成型的稳定性，容易出现不良品和废品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是针对定位不准确造成废品或不良品提供一种浮动式顶杆定位装置。
浮动式顶杆定位装置，主要由以下部件连接组成：浮动式顶杆（1）、弹簧（2）、丝堵（3）、和立板（4）；所述的立板上设有孔槽，将浮动式顶杆，弹簧和丝堵依次装入其中固定。
在使用时，将组装好的立板用螺栓将其固定在凹模（5）上就可以了。
本实用新型能够保证在冲压过程中零件成型的稳定性，减少甚至杜绝出现不良品和废品。

具体实施方式
参见图1，浮动式顶杆定位装置，主要由以下部件连接组成：浮动式顶杆（1）、弹簧（2）、丝堵（3）和立板（4）；所述的立板上设有有孔槽，将浮动式顶杆，弹簧和丝堵依次装入其中固定。
冲压件在凹模（5）中的定位是采用三面同外形定位销固定的定位方式。所以左右方向的位置可以保证一致不变。只有前后位置点位置存在变数，所以必须靠新装置中“顶杆”（1）的前端圆头，紧紧顶住尾部位置，使其牢固定位。这样在工作过程中，零件的位置才能得到保证，生产完成品才会合格一致。
