在汽车配件生产和装配过程中，大量零部件需要周转、运输和储存。现有的用于汽车零部件周转的工位器具存在堆放和运输不方便、抗变形性能差等缺陷，而一定程度上影响了产品的合格率。

本实用新型解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便、抗变形性能好的用于汽车零部件周转的工位器具。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的一种用于汽车零部件周转的工位器具，包括箱体，所述箱体的外壁上设有横向加强筋和竖向加强筋，所述横向加强筋设置在箱口四周的外壁上，所述箱体的外壁上设有把手处，该把手处与所述横向加强筋连为一体，所述竖向加强筋设置在箱体的四个拐角处，所述箱体的底部还设有脚轮。
为了进一步提高周转效率、便于运输零部件，上述箱体底部的脚轮为四个，分别为位于所述箱体前端的两个定向轮和位于箱体后端的两个万向轮。
为进一步提高本实用新型的抗变形能力、提高载重量，上述箱体底部的四个拐角处还设有护角。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有的有益效果为：本实用新型在堆放接触面积大，堆放稳固；本实用新型设有横向、竖向加强筋以及护角，保证在运输 和堆放时不易变形；箱体的底部设有脚轮，以及箱体的四壁均设有把手处，便于搬动。

如图1所示，一种用于汽车零部件周转的工位器具，包括箱体2，所述箱体2的外壁上设有横向加强筋6和竖向加强筋3，所述横向加强筋6设置在箱口四周的外壁上，所述箱体2的外壁上设有把手处1，该把手处1与所述横向加强筋6连为一体，所述竖向加强筋3设置在箱体2的四个拐角处，所述箱体2的底部还设有脚轮4。所述箱体2底部的脚轮4为四个，分别为位于所述箱体2前端的两个定向轮和位于箱体2后端的两个万向轮。所述箱体2底部的四个拐角处还设有护角5。本实用新型在堆放接触面积大，堆放稳固；设有的横向、竖向加强筋以及护角可保证本实用新型在使用时不易变形。
