背景技术
现有技术生产销售的蒸锅,在加热蒸煮食物时,众所周知,蒸锅主要是靠加热锅体中的水,产生蒸汽,再上升加热上层蒸笼中的食物,现有技术的蒸锅,由于锅底距离火焰近,热气流上升,火焰从锅体的四周上升燃烧,火焰的大部分从四周施放到厨房空间,因此热效率低,能耗高。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的回流加热蒸锅任务是使加热的上升热流产生回流,再回到锅底部,再加热锅中食物,达到提高热利用率的目的。为此,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
1、回流加热蒸锅,包括蒸锅锅体1、导流弧圈2、蒸锅手柄3、蒸笼4、锅盖5,其特征在于:蒸锅手柄3下方沿锅体周圈有一圈导流弧圈2,导流弧圈2与蒸锅锅体1焊接连接。
