盾构机用可旋转撕裂刀的硬质合金头属于盾构机用刀具领域,是易磨损零件。
背景技术
地铁隧道、矿山、水利等工程中,广泛应用盾构机的撕裂刀、中心刀、刮刀、滚刀等刀具施工,对岩石、泥土、砂砾等地层开沟撕裂、碾轧、破碎和刮削,其中撕裂刀主要是对地层开沟撕裂。现在的撕裂刀上面的硬质合金头,钎焊柄和过渡体的外周上没有筋,因钎焊柄的外周与刀体孔的内周需要大间隙配合,安装钎焊过程中,易出现钎焊层厚度不均匀,钎焊不牢固的缺陷,需要改进其结构。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种使钎焊层厚度均匀,钎焊牢固的盾构机用可旋转撕裂刀的硬质合金头,从而保证刀具使用寿命,它由球R体,截圆锥体,圆柱体,过渡体,钎焊柄,筋组成,钎焊柄和过渡体的外周上设置有均布的五条外凸筋,采用上述结构后,五条外凸筋的外周与刀体孔的内周可设置为极小间隙配合,使安装钎焊过程中定位精度高,钎焊层厚度均匀,钎焊牢固,保证了刀具使用寿命。

如图1、图2、图3所示,盾构机用可旋转撕裂刀的硬质合金头,由球R体1,截圆锥体2,圆柱体3,过渡体4,钎焊柄5,筋6组成,在钎焊柄5和过渡体4上设置有均布的五条外凸筋6,又如图4所示,钎焊柄5和过渡体4安装钎焊于刀体7的孔中,采用上述结构后,五条外凸筋6的外周与刀体7孔的内周可设置为极小间隙配合,使安装钎焊过程中定位精度高,钎焊层8厚度均匀,钎焊牢固,保证了刀具使用寿命。
