本实用新型公开了一种无遮挡LED路灯灯头，包括散热壳体，所述散热壳体上接有LED光源板，LED光源板上布设有LED光源，LED光源板外面设有透明灯罩，该透明灯罩通过压条与散热壳体连接，所述压条固定后，压条的底面相对于LED光源出光点所在平面为基准面的高度差控制在基准面上、下大致各5毫米的范围内。本实用新型主要用于路灯照明，散热壳体边框上的压条固定后，其压条底面高度不高于LED光源出光点所在平面以上5毫米，也不低于LED光源出光点所在平面以下5毫米，不仅出光角度大，指向性良好，而且经透镜配光后，侧面出光较弱，不会造成较强的侧面眩光，能满足路灯标准要求，同时还能增加路灯输出的光通量。

本实用新型属于LED路灯技术领域，具体是涉及一种LED路灯灯头。
背景技术
现有普遍使用的LED路灯，其灯头壳体上设有内凹的光源腔，该光源腔的深度一般为10-15mm，LED光源板设在光源腔中。这种光源内凹设置的路灯，灯头边框会遮挡部分侧面光，具有全截光，眩光较小的特点。但路灯照明还需要有良好的指向性，以便于司机根据路灯灯光远距离判断前方道路的走向。而现有光源内凹设置的全截光路灯的指向性较差。也有的LED路灯采用凸面状光源板，虽能提高路灯的指向性，但却会产生较强的侧眩光，不仅难以满足道路照明标准的要求，而且影响司机视觉。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种指向性良好，且不会产生较强侧眩光的无遮挡LED路灯灯头。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括散热壳体，所述散热壳体上接有LED光源板，LED光源板上布设有LED光源，LED光源板外面设有透明灯罩，该透明灯罩通过压条与散热壳体连接，其结构特点是所述压条固定后，压条的底面相对于LED光源出光点所在平面为基准面的高度差控制在基准面上、下大致各5毫米的范围内。
优选的是所述压条固定后，其底面与LED光源出光点所在平面平齐。
采用上述结构后，本实用新型散热壳体边框上的压条固定后，其压条底面高度不高于LED光源出光点所在平面以上5毫米，也不低于LED光源出光点所在平面以下5毫米，这种灯头在LED光源发光点180度范围内都有光线射出，出光角度大，使其具有良好的指向性。LED光源板外面设有弧面状透明灯罩，经透镜进一步配光，其侧面出光较弱，不仅不会造成较强的侧面眩光，符合路灯标准要求，而且还能增加路灯输出的光通量，提高光的利用率。

具体实施方式
参照附图，本实用新型包括铝质散热壳体1，在散热壳体1一面设有LED光源板2，该LED光源板2上集成设有LED光源3，每一LED光源3均具有半球形透镜，构成LED光源3的半球形透镜的底面在同一平面上，该平面为LED光源3出光点所在平面。在LED光源板2外面设有弧面状透明灯罩5，该透明灯罩5通过压条4与散热壳体1的边框连接，压条4起密封和固定作用，它由螺丝6与散热壳体1连接，并将透明灯罩5固定。压条4固定后，压条4的底面相对于LED光源3出光点所在平面为基准面的高度差控制在基准面上、下大致各5毫米的范围内，比较优选的是压条固定后的底面与LED光源出光点所在平面平齐。

1.一种无遮挡LED路灯灯头，包括散热壳体（1），所述散热壳体（1）上接有LED光源板（2），LED光源板（2）上布设有LED光源（3），LED光源板（2）外面设有透明灯罩（5），该透明灯罩（5）通过压条（4）与散热壳体（1）连接，其特征是所述压条（4）固定后，压条（4）的底面相对于LED光源（3）出光点所在平面为基准面的高度差控制在基准面上、下大致各5毫米的范围内。
2.按照权利要求1所述的无遮挡LED路灯灯头，其特征是所述压条（4）固定后，其底面与LED光源出光点所在平面平齐。
