背景技术
异径管通常用于两种不同管径的连接，传统的异径管通常连接不紧密，一体成型，制作成本高，且制作过程复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单，卡压紧密，且容易制作的双卡压异径管。
本实用新型所述的双卡压异径管，包括第一卡压接头和第二卡压接头，第一卡压接头和第二卡压接头之间连接变径管，第一卡压接头、第二卡压接头外侧壁的端部均设置起包，第一卡压接头与变径管之间、第二卡压接头与变径管之间均为焊接。
第一卡压接头为大面积卡压接头，第二卡压接头为小面积卡压接头，大面积卡压接头和小面积卡压接头之间通过变径管连接，实现连接不同管径的管道；起包内放置密封圈，在连接处起到密封作用；焊接形式连接，使制作方便，生产成本低。
所述的第一卡压接头的壁厚为1.0mm、1.2mm或者2.0mm，第二卡压接头的壁厚为0.8mm。上述厚度的选择，可使连接、制作方便，且形态稳定。
本实用新型的有益效果是：

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的双卡压异径管，包括第一卡压接头1和第二卡压接头4，第一卡压接头1和第二卡压接头4之间连接变径管3，第一卡压接头1、第二卡压接头4外侧壁的端部均设置起包，分别为第一卡压接头起包2和第二卡压接头起包5，第一卡压接头1与变径管3之间、第二卡压接头4与变径管3之间均为焊接。第一卡压接头1的壁厚为1.0mm，第二卡压接头4的壁厚为0.8mm。
工作时，将第一卡压接头1与大管径的管道进行卡压连接，第二卡压接头4与小管径的管道进行卡压连接，并在起包位置放置密封圈进行密封。

1.一种双卡压异径管，其特征在于：包括第一卡压接头（1）和第二卡压接头（4），第一卡压接头（1）和第二卡压接头（4）之间连接变径管（3），第一卡压接头（1）、第二卡压接头（4）外侧壁的端部均设置起包，第一卡压接头（1）与变径管（3）之间、第二卡压接头（4）与变径管（3）之间均为焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双卡压异径管，其特征在于：第一卡压接头（1）的壁厚为1.0mm、1.2mm或者2.0mm，第二卡压接头（4）的壁厚为0.8mm。
