Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种在生产玻璃基板时,玻璃基板在清洗之后的玻璃基板传送装置,在玻璃基板的两侧设置锥形滚轮,锥形滚轮设置在传动轴上;且在玻璃基板的下方设置气浮装置。本实用新型不但解决了划伤问题,而且也降低了基板的颗粒度、降低了生产成本,进而提高了玻璃基板的品位。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种在生产玻璃基板时,玻璃基板在清洗之后的传送装置。
背景技术
如图1所示,在传动轴3的带动下,传送滚轮1滚动,带动玻璃基板2向前运动,在此过程中,传送滚轮1直接与玻璃基板2接触,而且清洗之后的各单元或工序没有水润滑,因此玻璃基板2与传送滚轮1之间的摩擦作用会增大,时间久了容易对玻璃基板2造成划伤,导致废品率升高;更换玻璃基板传送滚轮太频繁,引起生产成本增加;而且传送滚轮1的材质是塑料的,在滚动的时候与玻璃基板相互摩擦,容易产生静电作用,导致传送滚轮1会把其周围空气中的微小颗粒和粉尘吸附到上面,再与玻璃基板2接触时会把这些微小颗粒和粉尘带到玻璃基板2上,使玻璃基板的颗粒度增加,从而影响玻璃基板的品质。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种无需经常更换滚轮、降低玻璃基板颗粒度,从而节约成本及防止玻璃基板品质降低的玻璃基板传送装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种玻璃基板传送装置,在玻璃基板的两侧设置锥形滚轮,锥形滚轮设置在传动轴上;且在玻璃基板的下方设置气浮装置。
所述的气浮装置由若干气浮条组成。
所述气浮装置的气浮条与玻璃基板之间的距离为3-10mm。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,在玻璃基板清洗之后的传送单元两边各增加一排锥形滚轮,利用清洗后的传送单元的锥形滚轮组驱动玻璃基板向前传输,同时把玻璃基板下方的塑料传送滚轮更换成气浮装置,在基板中间部位设置气浮装置,依靠气体压力支撑作用,消除原有设计滚轮划伤玻璃基板现象的发生。因此,本实用新型不但解决了划伤问题,而且也降低了基板的颗粒度、降低了生产成本,进而提高了玻璃基板的品位。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,一种玻璃基板传送装置,它在玻璃基板2的两侧对称设置锥形滚轮4,锥形滚轮4设置在传动轴3上;且在玻璃基板2的下方设置气浮装置5,气浮装置5由若干气浮条组成,气浮条的数量应根据实际玻璃基板2和气浮装置5的大小而定,在一个气浮装置5中可以设置5条、10条、20条气浮条。
气浮装置5中的气浮条上表面与玻璃基板2之间的距离根据玻璃基板的实际情况而定,可定在3-10mm的任意值,即可以为3mm、5mm、8mm或10mm等等。
本实用新型的工作原理是:气浮装置5向上吹气,使玻璃基板2的表面不与滚轮接触,从而解决了划伤问题,并且也降低了基板的颗粒度、降低了生产成本,进而保证了玻璃基板清洗后的品质。

1.一种玻璃基板传送装置,其特征在于:在玻璃基板(2)的两侧设置锥形滚轮(4),锥形滚轮(4)设置在传动轴(3)上;且在玻璃基板(2)的下方设置气浮装置(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板传送装置,其特征在于:所述的气浮装置(5)由若干气浮条组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃基板传送装置,其特征在于:所述气浮装置(5)的气浮条与玻璃基板(2)之间的距离为3-10mm。
