在现有技术中磨具多用于加工平面或单一的弧面，且加工过程中需要停工检测被加工面的粗糙度，再根据检测的数据进行再次加工，直到达到要求，对于一些曲面的加工工艺复杂，需多道工序才能完成，且不断的停工检测严重耽搁生产效率，并不能确保曲面的粗糙度要求。

为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它包含底座1、控制台2、伸缩装置3、转动臂4、检测装置5、显示器6和磨具7；控制台2设置在底座1上，伸缩装置3的一端与控制台2固定连接，伸缩装置3的另一端与转动臂4连接，转动臂4的前端设有磨具7和检测装置5，检测装置5上设有显示器6。
所述的检测装置5是检测加工面的粗糙度的，检测装置5将检测的数据在显示器6上显示，以便控制台2对转动臂4的运行路径作出及时调整。
