清扫器在输送机上有着不可忽视的作用，在运行中，如果人为的清除机尾滚筒附着物，往往容易发生严重人身伤亡事故，而清扫器能够及时、方便、快速的清除滚筒附着物。清扫器分为刮板清扫器，电动滚刷清扫器，弹簧清扫器，聚氨酯清扫器，皮带机清扫器，毛刷清扫器，电动真空清扫器，合金橡胶清扫器，旋转式清扫器等。
本实用新型的电动毛刷清扫器结构合理紧凑，安全可靠，能够有效的清扫胶带表面尤其是花纹骨架处的粘附物料，清扫的同时不会对胶带产生损坏，有效的延长了带式输送机的使用寿命，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的电动毛刷清扫器，其较佳的具体实施方式如图1、图2、图3所示，电动毛刷清扫器包括电动机1、减速机2、毛刷滚筒3、轴承座4、支撑槽钢5、支架6和吊架7。
电动机1的输出轴与减速机2的输入轴通过联轴器连接，毛刷滚筒3的轴设在轴承座4内，减速机2的输出轴与毛刷滚筒3的轴通过联轴器连接，轴承座4设在支撑槽钢5上部，轴承座4与支撑槽钢5通过螺栓连接，支撑槽钢5与支架6焊接，支架6与吊架7通过螺栓连接，吊架7与带式输送机中间架通过螺栓连接。
本实用新型的电动毛刷清扫器具有以下创新点：
电动毛刷清扫器的毛刷滚筒采用人字形刷毛组，能够有效的清除胶带表面尤其是花纹骨架处的粘附物料。
下面结合附图对电动毛刷清扫器的工作原理进一步说明：
将电动毛刷清扫器安装在带式输送机的回程胶带下侧，保证毛刷滚筒的刷毛与胶带充分接触，当带式输送机正常运行，胶带上粘着的物料经过电动毛刷清扫器时，由于刷毛与胶带充分接触，因此能够有效的去除胶带上的物料。
