技术领域
    本实用新型涉及挤出成型设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种密封式塑料挤出设备。
背景技术
目前,广大城乡使用的塑料拔丝机、拔管机、注塑机等各种塑料制品机械,它们的挤出机化料筒在使用中必须经过高温加热,使原料熔化方能进行成型加工。传统的加热方式多采用电炉丝、燃气或煤炉直接加热,采用电炉丝或燃气加热成本太高,而采用煤炉直接加热,化料筒内的原料温度难以控制,不稳定,直接影响产品质量。
为了解决上述问题,现有技术中提出了如下专利技术:
中国专利号“02213651.7”公开了一种节能塑料挤出机,其公开日为2003年02月12日。其技术方案为所述节能塑料挤出机包括料斗、料筒、螺旋绞龙、加热器和模具,其中料筒内设置有螺旋绞龙,其进料端与料斗固定连通,另出料端设置有模具,加热器包括加热层、循环管道和加热炉,加热层内盛装有导热油,呈圆筒状环绕包裹在料筒上,循环管道与加热层连通构成闭合回路,在循环管道的顶端设置有排气管。
但以上述专利文件为代表的现有技术,在实际使用过程中,由于模具直接连接在料筒的出料端,在对塑料挤压成型时,熔体塑料容易从模具与料筒连接处溢出,不仅浪费材料,还容易引起环境污染,对人的身体健康造成危害。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术中塑料挤出机存在的上述问题,提供一种密封式塑料挤出设备,本实用新型能够防止塑料物料从料筒与模具的连接处溢出,有效地解决了在塑料挤压成型过程材料浪费大、容易污染环境的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种密封式塑料挤出设备,包括料斗、料筒、螺旋绞龙、加热器和模具,螺旋绞龙活动设置在料筒内,料筒的进料端与料斗固定连通,出料端与模具连通,其中加热器包括加热层、循环管道和加热炉,加热层内装有导热油,呈圆筒状环绕包裹在料筒上,循环管道与加热层连通构成闭合回路,在循环管道的顶端设置有排气管,其特征在于:所述料筒的出料端上设置有凸榫,模具的进料端上设置有凹槽,所述模具与料筒通过凸榫和凹槽连通。
所述凹槽内设置有由橡胶制成的密封层。
所述密封层的厚度为0.2—0.4cm。
采用本实用新型的优点在于:
一、本实用新型中,所述模具与料筒通过凸榫和凹槽连接,此结构对模具与料筒连接处的密封性更好,能够防止熔体塑料从两者的连接处渗漏,从而避免了材料浪费,有效地解决了现有技术中因塑料物料渗漏对人体健康造成危害和对环境造成污染的问题,同时采用凸榫和凹槽的连接方式,还具有能够快速安装和更换模具的优点。
二、本实用新型中,所述凹槽内设置有由橡胶制成的密封层,由橡胶制成的密封层具有良好的耐热性和耐老化性,密封效果更好,不仅避免了材料浪费,还有利于延长设备的使用寿命。
三、本实用新型中,所述密封层的厚度为0.2—0.4cm,具有对料筒内塑料物料密封效果好的优点,且结构简单,成本低廉,容易实现。

具体实施方式
一种密封式塑料挤出设备,包括料斗1、料筒2、螺旋绞龙3、加热器和模具4,螺旋绞龙3活动设置在料筒2内,料筒2的进料端与料斗1固定连通,出料端与模具4连通,其中加热器包括加热层5、循环管道6和加热炉7,加热层5内装有导热油,呈圆筒状环绕包裹在料筒2上,循环管道6与加热层5连通构成闭合回路,在循环管道6的顶端设置有排气管8,所述料筒2的出料端上设置有凸榫,模具4的进料端上设置有凹槽,所述模具4与料筒2通过凸榫和凹槽连通。
本实用新型中,所述凹槽内设置的密封层9优选由橡胶制成,但并不局限于上述设置方式,也可以采用现有技术中公知的其它密封材料,如密封胶等。
本实用新型中,所述密封层9的厚度可以为0.2cm,也可以为0.4cm,优选所述密封层9的厚度为0.3cm。

1.一种密封式塑料挤出设备,包括料斗(1)、料筒(2)、螺旋绞龙(3)、加热器和模具(4),螺旋绞龙(3)活动设置在料筒(2)内,料筒(2)的进料端与料斗(1)固定连通,出料端与模具(4)连通,其中加热器包括加热层(5)、循环管道(6)和加热炉(7),加热层(5)内装有导热油,呈圆筒状环绕包裹在料筒(2)上,循环管道(6)与加热层(5)连通构成闭合回路,在循环管道(6)的顶端设置有排气管(8),其特征在于:所述料筒(2)的出料端上设置有凸榫,模具(4)的进料端上设置有凹槽,所述模具(4)与料筒(2)通过凸榫和凹槽连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封式塑料挤出设备,其特征在于:所述凹槽内设置有由橡胶制成的密封层(9)。
3.如权利要求2所述的密封式塑料挤出设备,其特征在于:所述密封层(9)的厚度为0.2—0.4cm。
