    本实用新型涉及LED显示屏箱体技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于LED显示屏箱体的内部结构的转接板。
背景技术
目前所有的LED显示屏都是由箱体、电源、接收卡、LED显示灯板、转接板这几大部份组成,而这几部份间的连接都是依靠大量的电子线或排线完成,从而导至在打开箱体后盖时显示屏箱体内部杂乱无章,对整个产品的性能大打折扣。显示屏内部杂乱无章是由于转接板设计不合理造成的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于LED显示屏箱体的内部结构的转接板。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于LED显示屏箱体的内部结构的转接板,包括有板体,在板体上开有与LED显示屏箱体内部的接收卡形状相匹配的缺口,用于安装接收卡,缺口左边设有母座和接触点,缺口下方设有两个连接片,板体的左上角处焊接有总接口,指示灯和输入输出信号直接通过转接板汇总到总接口。
所述的母座有两个,分别用于接插接收卡上的指示灯插座和接插件插座。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,将所有的连接线汇集到一起,统一输出,使LED显示屏箱体内简结、美观,同时简化了生产工艺,有效降低的人工成本。

如图1所示,一种用于LED显示屏箱体的内部结构的转接板,包括有板体1,在板体1上开有与LED显示屏箱体内部的接收卡形状相匹配的缺口2,用于安装接收卡,缺口2左边设有母座3和接触点4,缺口2下方设有两个连接片5,板体1的左上角处焊接有总接口6,指示灯和输入输出信号直接通过转接板汇总到总接口6。
所述的母座3有两个,分别用于接插接收卡上的指示灯插座和接插件插座。

1.一种用于LED显示屏箱体的内部结构的转接板,其特征在于:包括有板体,在板体上开有与LED显示屏箱体内部的接收卡形状相匹配的缺口,缺口左边设有母座和接触点,缺口下方设有两个连接片,板体的左上角处焊接有总接口。
