本实用新型涉及一种压片机,具体的说一种压片机上冲内滚轮式压模,包括上轨导盘,上轨导盘的外圆设置有环形轨道,还包括一个上冲杆,其特征在于:还包括一个横向贯穿上冲杆的活轮轴,且活轮轴左右两端分别采用螺母固定,其中活轮轴的右端部分外露于螺母,并在活轮轴的外露部分套设滚轮并采用挡圈固定,所述滚轮的外圆正好与上轨导盘的环形轨道进行滑动连接,且滚轮与环形轨道的接触面互相垂直。本实用新型同现有技术相比,采用滚轮面与轨道面的光滑接触,运转轻松稳定。减少了轨道摩擦阻力。有效的确保了上冲压模的稳定无磨损的优点,大大增加了上冲模工作的可靠性。

背景技术
传统的旋转式压片机,压片上冲压模具都采用上挂滑轨的方式转动,主要是冲压模具上端挂在轨道上运动,这种方式会造成轨道与冲模顶部之间产生磨损,时常发生上冲模卡死在轨道上,使用寿命短的弊病,维护和生产成本较高。 
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一压片机上冲内滚轮式压模。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型设计了一种压片机上冲内滚轮式压模,包括上轨导盘,上轨导盘的外圆设置有环形轨道,还包括一个上冲杆,其特征在于:还包括一个横向贯穿上冲杆的活轮轴,且活轮轴左右两端分别采用螺母固定,其中活轮轴的右端部分外露于螺母,并在活轮轴的外露部分套设滚轮并采用挡圈固定,所述滚轮的外圆正好与上轨导盘的环形轨道进行滑动连接,且滚轮与环形轨道的接触面互相垂直。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,采用滚轮面与轨道面的光滑接触,运转轻松稳定。减少了轨道摩擦阻力。有效的确保了上冲压模的稳定无磨损的优点,大大增加了上冲模工作的可靠性。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括上轨导盘1,上轨导盘1的外圆设置有环形轨道2,还包括一个上冲杆3,还包括一个横向贯穿上冲杆的活轮轴4,且活轮轴4左右两端分别采用螺母5固定,其中活轮轴4的右端部分外露于螺母5,并在活轮轴的外露部分套设滚轮7并采用挡圈6固定,本实施例中的滚轮7的外圆正好与上轨导盘1的环形轨道2进行滑动连接,且滚轮7与环形轨道2的接触面互相垂直。
压片机在运作过程中,由滚轮7在上轨导盘1的环形轨道2上运动,由滚轮面与轨道面光滑接触,运转轻松稳定,从而减少了轨道摩擦阻力。有效的确保了上冲压模的稳定无磨损的优点,大大增加了上冲模工作的可靠性。
