本实用新型涉及一种高温计,尤其涉及一种用于测量较高温度的光学高温计。
背景技术
    目前,用于测量高温的仪器设备常用的是热电偶,这种仪器要用贵金属铂和铑,其价格较高且易损坏,结构也较复杂,测温速度慢且有一定的误差,也不便于移动携带,很难在日常的测温中得到普遍采用。现有的温度计不能用来测试较高的温度,因此需要一种结构简单、造价低且可广泛使用完全可以替代热电偶的光学温度计。 
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术所存在的不足之处,本实用新型提供了一种光学高温计。
为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种光学高温计,包括物镜、吸收玻璃、目镜、红色滤光片、蓄电池、滑线电阻和毫伏计,物镜和吸收玻璃设置在灯泡的左侧;目镜和红色滤光片设置在灯泡的右侧;
灯泡的底部通过两根电线连接有两个左右平行排列的电阻;蓄电池和左侧的电阻相连接;滑线电阻为两个左右平行排列;毫伏计和左边的滑线电阻相连接。
本实用新型结构简单、造价低、测温误差小且测温速度较快,携带也较方便,可以广泛应用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型主要包括物镜1、吸收玻璃2、灯泡3、目镜4、红色滤光片5、电阻6、滑线电阻7、蓄电池8、毫伏计9和短路开关10。
物镜1和吸收玻璃2设置在灯泡3的左侧;目镜4和红色滤光片5设置在灯泡3的右侧。灯泡3的底部通过两根电线连接有两个平行排列的电阻6,蓄电池8和左侧的电阻相连接。滑线电阻7为两个左右平行排列。毫伏计9和左边的滑线电阻7相连接。
本实用新型的原理:物体在较低温度时本身不发光,我们所看到的物体颜色是反射可见光的结果当物体温度升高到一定程度时就发出可见光,随着温度的升高,从约520℃开始,物体的颜色从较暗的深红色逐渐变成红色、亮红色、谈红色、白色和亮白色。灯泡灯丝的电阻是固定的,调节灯泡输入的电压就可以使灯丝出现从红色到亮白色等各种颜色。当灯丝的颜色与物体的颜色相同,以至灯丝的颜色消失在被测物体颜色背景之中时,灯丝的温度与被测物体的温度相等。
本实用新型不存在因向冷物体辐射和沿轴向导热形成的测量误差,测温速度快,可擦亮520-2000℃范围内的物体温度,也便于携带以测量不同部位物体的温度。

1.一种光学高温计,包括物镜、吸收玻璃、目镜、红色滤光片、蓄电池、滑线电阻和毫伏计,其特征在于:所述物镜和吸收玻璃设置在灯泡的左侧;所述目镜和红色滤光片设置在灯泡的右侧;
所述灯泡的底部通过两根电线连接有两个左右平行排列的电阻;所述蓄电池和左侧的电阻相连接;所述滑线电阻为两个左右平行排列;所述毫伏计和左边的滑线电阻相连接。
