背景技术
常压固定床煤气发生炉气化***一般采用常温空气和蒸汽混合的饱和空气作为气化剂,饱和空气温度在50-65℃左右,在炉内反应时,气化剂需要再次加温,期间消耗了大量的反应热量,增加了能耗。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种降低能耗、节约能源的高风温高风压煤气化***。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
高风温高风压煤气化***,包括煤气发生炉、空气输入装置、高温废气管道、蒸汽管道,其特征在于,所述空气输入装置依次与蒸汽管道、高温废气管道、煤气发生炉管道连接,所述空气输入装置与高温废气管道连接处设置换热器。
进一步,所述空气输入装置包括空气风机、调节阀、止回阀,所述空气风机、调节阀、止回阀依次管道连接。 
本实用新型的有益效果为:可以降低能耗、节约能源以150t/h加热能力的加热炉为例,每天节约标准煤22.629t/d。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,高风温高风压煤气化***,包括煤气发生炉1、空气输入装置2、高温废气管道4、蒸汽管道3,其中,所述空气输入装置2依次与蒸汽管道3、高温废气管道4、煤气发生炉1管道连接,所述空气输入装置2与高温废气管道4连接处设置换热器5;所述空气输入装置2包括空气风机6、调节阀7、止回阀8,所述空气风机6、调节阀7、止回阀8依次管道连接。 
所述高温废气管道4一端连接加热炉,另一端连接烟囱9。 
本工艺采用高风温高风压气化剂进行气化,高风温来自轧钢加热炉烟道的空气预热器与烟道废气进行热交换的190-220℃的空气,与蒸汽混合后形成170-180℃的气化剂送入到煤气发生炉内参与气化。气化强度提高27.6-38.2%。吨钢坯消耗的热量为1.38GJ/t钢坯。降低热量消耗14.29%,比正常的加热炉热量消耗指标节约0.183GJ/t钢坯,吨钢坯节约6.29kg标准煤。以150t/h加热能力的加热炉为例,每天节约标准煤22.629t/d。
