    本实用新型属于极片轧辊技术领域,尤其涉及一种热覆合极片轧辊。
背景技术
对于电池极片的轧制,国外基本都采用加热极片轧制设备,国内随着设备制造技术的不断提升,普通轧制设备各种参数已经达到或超过国外水平,但加热极片轧制设备受加热轧辊的影响一直没有突破,在国内属于技术空白。经过对轧辊热变形,就支撑刚度、加热油循环方式、内部结构设计、辊套与轴颈连接方式等方面进行大量实验,加热辊内部需设计供加热油交换热量的空间,所以轧辊不再是实体而是不规则的空腔,在设计内部结构的同时要兼顾控制轧辊整体受热变形,轧辊设计成空腔后,整体的受力变形也就发生改变,再者极片轧辊材质属于高碳合金钢,焊接性能较差,应力不容易释放,工作时焊口可能会产生裂纹,造成漏油,使用寿命短。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够延长使用寿命,防止漏油的热覆合极片轧辊。
本实用新型为实现发明目的采用的技术方案是,热覆合极片轧辊,其特征在于:包括辊身和对称设于辊身两端的辊颈,所述辊身为筒状结构,其外壁为圆柱面,其内壁为鼓形;所述两端的辊颈与辊身密封嵌合、且通过螺栓连接,所述一端辊颈中部设置进出油口。
所述进出油口为喇叭状,其大端向内。

所述进出油口3为喇叭状,其大端向内。
轧辊辊身与辊颈分体设计,采用过盈配合加热装配、螺栓紧固的机械连接方式。轧辊辊身采用套式结构,辊套内孔加工出圆弧挠度来控制轧辊在受热、受力作用下轧辊的变形。两端进出油口里端及直角过度处,均设计大圆弧过度,可以有效分散热变形、受力变形产生的 应力。轧辊辊颈两端对称设计,在非进油端也加工出与进油端相同直径的孔,保证两端的受热、受力变形均匀一致,有效延长轧辊使用寿命。

1.热覆合极片轧辊,其特征在于:包括辊身(1)和对称设于辊身(1)两端的辊颈(2),所述辊身(1)为筒状结构,其外壁为圆柱面,其内壁为鼓形;所述两端的辊颈(2)与辊身(1)密封嵌合、且通过螺栓连接,所述一端辊颈(2)中部设置进出油口(3)。
